Bey Lea Rehabilitation is one of the best around for aging men and women. The rooms are efficient and very clean! They do exactly what they were meant to do....rest and sleep. My mother is in rehab here and she thinks the food is great, She tells me all the time, they give her three meals each day and snacks in between, along with anything else she may want extra. Let's not forget her coffee...always....here and there throughout the day. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. They know exactly how to deal with their elderly...aging patients....and do so...WITH PATIENCE!!

Complete Care at Bey Lea is a good nursing facility, but they don't have memory care. The staff showed me around, showed me all about the finances, showed me the private rooms, and she was very helpful. When she knew I couldn't bring my wife there because they didn't have memory care, she recommended another place, so she was very helpful. They had a physical therapy room and a big exercise area in there. The dining room was very spacious, and they had their activity room there, too. They had outside accommodations and a patio area. It's a very good facility.

Find out protocol for Alzheimer's patient who may get feisty at times. My Mom was sent to a psychiatric hospital because she tried to hit a nurse. While I understand this is not acceptable, this happens with Alzheimer's patients from time to time. She was sent to a horrible place and I fought for a full week to get her out. If Bey Lea can't handle these patients appropriately, they should not accept them as residents. Some of the aides were great; others were just putting in time.

My brother-in-law is in Complete Care at Bey Lea. He is with another man; the room is adequate. The dining area is big like in a restaurant, but they haven't been going there because of covid, and he eats in his room a lot. There's bingo.

Employees do not take the extra step to care for their patients. They will not help if it is not there job. Rude and not helpful. I would not let my family members stay there

My family member has been at Bey Lea Memory Support for about 2 months now. I have been very happy with his medical care and their watchful eyes over him. His condition has actually improved. He is stronger and clearer than when he was admitted. The staff is not only friendly but I have found them to be responsive to my requests/questions. My father in law is smiling and laughing again. Importantly, he says how nice the people are to him. That says a lot!

Bey Lea had been very helpful and thorough. My mom is going to a very rough time right now. The doctors have been excellent. She is going to like a depression, and they are treating her for that. They staff as far as physical therapy are very good in caring. She has been eating in her room, but they have a very nice dining facility as she is able to get around at this point. It’s very nice.

We are in the process of taking my mom out if this facility. Terribke care especiallt on weekends. Very understaffed. One of the aids fiegot to put my moms oxygen back in her nose after she changed her.my mom is there for a lung disorder. They had to giver her xanax to calm her down because she couldn't breathe. When I told the nurse she said she didnt do it on purpose. The place is very dirty. Today they lost my mother's teeth. She has bed sores on her butt and she has only been there for less then 2 weeks. This is a terrible place to being your loved one. Their are a couple of good nurses and aides but not enough to make up for all the bad. It has been a nighmare from day 1. There is akso no communication between staff and family.

Staff if fair. Food and activities good. BUT THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH ANTS! We told them and they said they would clean and take care of it and did nothing. We had to leave. They were in the bed, on the good tray table, on the floor, in the bathroom....
