My mother moved into Tower Lodge Care Center, and this facility is very clean. They keep it very clean, and everyone is pleasant enough to the best of their ability. I'm comfortable and my mother is comfortable. They feed her in bed, and she's eating. I saw her appetite, and the food is very good, and delicious. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful.

My husband is in the Tower Lodge in Wall Township. It's a skilled nursing facility and so far, so good. They don't have visitations so it makes it a little hard for me to judge. I have not even been inside, but the facility seems to be very well maintained. The staff is wonderful. They're very friendly, professional, and very caring. He said it's very well in there. He really hasn't mentioned the food because this is a whole new experience for him. He has a problem with swallowing. It's a different type of food he's receiving now, but he's not complaining. They have an outdoor area, we had a couple of outdoor visits there. The social worker is excellent. Anything I call for, she gets right back to me. My husband just seems to be doing absolutely fine. They have a wonderful physical therapy department, everybody is very helpful to him. They interact with him, the social worker helps him with his iPad, and in his communications with us because he has Parkinson's and he can't do very much for himself. The social worker there goes above and beyond.

My mom was treated very well. Tower Lodge is a smaller facility and as such provided much more personal care.

Tower Lodge Care Center is nice and clean. The staff is good and treat my uncle very well. My uncle watches sports on the front TV a lot.

The staff at tower lodge care center in wall deserve praise for showing much love and kindness to our loved one during her sty at their facility. The care and attention show by their staff brought comfort to us all and we will always be grateful.

My experience with this assisted living provider is that they are very good. My grandmother is well cared-for; she basically can't talk and has absolutely no idea what is going on, but they are never neglectful of her well-being. The facilities seem to be top-notch, the food is pretty good for institutional food, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever I visit to check in on my grandmother.On the rare occasions where anything has happened, such as her developing a bruise, or anything else out of the ordinary, they have always given a call to my father just to notify him, even when it seems not to be anything serious. They keep my grandmother clean and comfortable; every staff member seems to know who she is by name. The other people there, who have more mental acuity than my grandmother, seem to like the place and to also be well taken care of.All together, I would highly recommend this provider to another person looking for a safe place where a loved one can be looked after. They accept insurance, private pay, and Medicare, as well.
