My mother is at Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center. I like how they care for my mom. Even though they're a little short-staffed, they still make sure that she's well taken care of, and I appreciate that very much. I like the fact that they have a group of people that my mom can associate with and talk to even though she has dementia. She's able to walk up and down and get to her exercises. They take care of helping her bathe, put on her clothes, and get her ready for each day. They are taking care of her bed. I feel like the people who are in charge are not as involved with the people. I don't feel like they cared as much about the people. But the staff who are on the floors, I feel they care a lot more about the patients. The structure of the building is very good. The cleanliness is pretty good, and you could tell they keep it very clean.

My wife and I are staying here at The Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center. Overall, it's not a good place. When you're supposed to be on medication, you have to wait and wait. The food is either lukewarm or cold. The only thing that would come hot most of the time is the coffee or the soup. Our room is OK. I am in the same room with my wife, but there's a divider between us. So I'm on one side and she's on the other side and then there's a bathroom and a shower (the shower doesn't work). They ...
