As a short- and long-term skilled nursing facility, Complete Care at Willow Creek provides customized, individual plans of care for its residents. As the name suggests, the care is comprehensive, as the community offers a range of programs from swallow studies and other diagnostic services to therapy and post-hospitalization rehabilitation. Licensed Registered nurses and trained nursing staff administer care and assistance 24-hours a day, specializing in specific treatments such as nebulizer administration and colostomy care.  

Residents are treated to semiprivate rooms and private suites, which include many amenities like refrigerators and televisions. Three home-cooked meals are served every day, tailored to each resident to ensure all necessary nutrition and dietary needs have been met. An on-site rehabilitation gym enables healing, fitness and fun, and the beauty parlor is free for all residents. Activities designed for socialization and engagement are held every day, and outgoing trips to the local community ensure ample time to enjoy the sights and sounds.
