I would like to thank Rayna and her staff for the great job there doing during the Coronavirus. Rayna is keeping me informed about my brother Dennis. Whenever I call I am informed about what’s going on with my brother. So please just keep doing what you and your staff are doing, because I know he is in good hands. Ray M. and family

I like Millennium Memory Care-Ocean the least. It was fine and has a home environment, so it's a different structure than the others we toured, but it wouldn't work for what we're looking for. It's a much smaller community and everything was clean. The rooms I saw were fine, they're small but certainly adequate. The residents look well-cared for. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful, she was nice, and she gave us a good tour.

Millennium Memory Care - Ocean was a small place. Most of the rooms were full and the one room that was offered didn't have a bathroom in it, so you had to go out to the hallway to use the bathroom. It's almost a home that's converted. They had some rooms with bathrooms and others that didn't have bathrooms. The person during the tour was really sweet and got along very well with the residents. She interacted very well with them. The place was very clean. She has had people out in the main room and they were doing things. She's very accommodating.

My sister, Liz, has dementia and bipolar disorder. She was only accepted in one place -- she is not in good shape -- and that is Millennium Memory Care. Sometimes, we get to the facility and the front gate is not locked, which does not give me very good vibes. The staff seems to be quite caring, sometimes. My sister is the highest functioning person there, but she is also very agitated and aggressive at times. Sometimes the staff is pretty annoyed with her. They have activities, and Liz said the food is good. It’s a locked facility with only 16 people there, and most of them are just lying around doing nothing and looking awful. The care is good. There’s a new group that is running the place. It’s very pretty, and the grounds are lovely.
