My mom moved into Valley View Care Center. There are probably not even 20 patients there, so it's nice. We chose this because of the location and that it was small, so we figured they were more one-on-one. The food is very good. They have an activities director. They have a little bingo room, a little social room where they can go, and a dining room. The facility is very neat and clean. It's an older building, but they keep it well kept. I'm not paying for anything because my mom is still with Medicare.

My father received compassionate, caring and wonderful care at Valley View. He received phenomenal rehabilitation and care. I would highly recommended Valley View, the staff was exceptional. We would like to thank Cathy, Blake Noelle and Samantha for their outstanding care. Thank you to Adrienne for the great face time and phone visits with my father.

The people at Valley View were nice. But I was expecting something different in a nursing home than what I saw. For the nursing and the bed, you have double beds, and if you are there for long-term care, you are with almost 3 people to a room. So it is anywhere from 2 or 3 people to a room, and you just had curtains dividing the beds. It just looked very old. When you walk in, the floors looked like they had pretend hardwood. It was all maybe a bleach thing because of cleaning it, but it just did not look nice, and the smell of the cleaning as soon as I walk in I could smell whatever it is that they had cleaned. The staff seemed very nice and great. For what the facility was like, I was surprised that the pricing was so much.
