My cousin moved into The Renaissance two or three weeks ago. He doesn't get enough food, and it looks like an old Victorian home. He gets a sleeping pill at 7 p.m. at night and he has to take it, but he doesn't want to go to bed at 7 p.m. He gets cereal in the morning and salad at lunch which is the same thing every day, and at least for dinner there's something more, but the place sounded way different from what we were told in the beginning. It's an old building. My cousin was supposed to have one roommate, but he has two roommates. I don't see many activities to do there, but we were told they would have trips out to the store or some kind of day trips, and that the food would be really good. The staff was fine and they did what they had to do. But I just see people sitting and talking or outside smoking every time I go there. I haven't seen anything else, and so far, they have done nothing that I know of.

The experience with The Renaissance was wonderful. It was a clean and beautiful community and the people were very friendly. The staff was very helpful and was available to answer any questions that I had. They have all different types of activities like bingo, day trips, and a club house. It was a nice facility. The staff was very professional and pleasant.

The Renaissance was nice to look at, but it was too expensive. It was decent and adequate. The lawn was done. There were individual houses. The area it was in was fine, but it was way too much.

The Renaissance was about forty minutes away from me, and it was a nice visit. I didn't see a lot of residents, but it seemed very nice. The owner seemed very pleasant, and he showed me around; but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, for my mother. I didn't like how the tables were set up with little plastic tablecloths. It just wasn't what my mother would have been happy with. There was one person there, and he was eating by himself. He looked like he needed a little bit more care. He didn't seem like he would be able to socialize. I wasn't able to see everything, how people interact, and enjoy the place.
