I toured The Residence at Stafford. They have no availability for my wife in the memory care section. It wasn't time for eating at that particular point. I was given a nice box of special types of donuts of some sort, which was nice. I took it home to the family. The facility looked well-kept. The rooms appeared to be clean. I would have my wife sign up or something like that if I knew there was going to be a memory care. Christine was very knowledgeable and very professional. I enjoyed being with her.

My mom is a resident at The Residence at Stafford. She's currently in the hospital, so she's not living there now, but I'm moving her from there because they do not specify what the levels of care are, and they quickly upscale levels. But I was not happy or satisfied with them. They said they would do the things and they didn't. Like level one was supposed to be two showers a week, and a lot of times those things never happened. Then they would try to up you to level two and level three, but they wouldn't explain what level was really. My mom started on level one, and then they put her on level two. And then when she fell and was in the hospital (she didn't get injured or anything), they put her at level five, but they wouldn't explain why or what it entails. They're understaffed. There's not a lot of communication. The activities are very nice. They always have activities.

We went to look at The Residence at Stafford. The facility looked good. The staff was knowledgeable. The food didn't meet my father's expectations for taste and quantity. Everything was just very small. It looked like they didn't have much room. They had a home theater, but it was very small. Their exercise facilities and fitness center were very small and not very well-appointed. The dining area was very nice and large. The porches were very small.

The Residence at Stafford was very well run and the residents looked well cared for. They had a lot of good scheduled activities for them. They had different people coming in and it was just a nice atmosphere. I saw a one-bedroom apartment and a studio and they were both spacious and ADA compliant, so it would be very easy to maneuver around. The grounds and everything were also very nice and well-kept. There were nice big porches around and outside areas for them to go out.

The Residence at Stafford was very nice. It was very expensive though. The level of care and the ratio to care were very nice. It's very acceptable. It's a very warm community, but if you're someone who's in a Medicaid spend down, once you hit that spend down in two years, you're going to get placed into a nursing home because they have no Medicaid beds. The staff during the tour was fine. It's impeccable. It's very clean and very well kept. The layout was very nice. I liked the way the memory care was set up. I liked the ratio of the assistance to the residents. It's just a very caring community.

I toured The Residence at Stafford. It was beautiful. The woman that helped us out was lovely. The other people that worked there were very friendly. It was very, very clean. We are interested in it. It's just a matter of what we have to figure out. We were more interested in the rooms themselves and the eating places. It was nice. The apartments were very nice and clean.

My uncle was in here, but he was told he had to leave because he kept falling. It's a beautiful assisted living facility, it looks like a five-star hotel inside, and it has a beautiful outdoor porch for visiting. The only negative I can think is that he couldn't stay because he fell too often. They were insisting that he press the button for help when he had to get up, go to the bathroom, or something like that, and in his mind he thought he could do it, and he would get up and fall. The food looked very good. The room was a little small; he had a studio room, and it was very nice, but a little small. They explained to me that it was more of independent living with assistance.

It was very nice, but for a couple, it wouldn't be good because the units were too small. They had lots of activities, physical therapy, game room, and dining room. Everybody was very nice. The place was clean and beautiful. They provided laundry, housekeeping, and food.

My mother moved in. We chose it because it is around the corner from where I live. So far, everything is working ouT very well. The staff is very nice and friendly. They take very good care of my mom. I actually eat there, and the food is very good. They have several activities like bingo, computer games, bocce, and bus trips. When you go in there, no matter what time of the day, there is always music playing over the intercom. There are people in the lobby, and you always see activity going on. I am very happy with them.

It is a nice, clean, facility. The area itself was nice as well as the food service. I also thought the staff was nice. They’ve got a full roster of activities and in fact I took their daily schedule. It seemed to be a full range of activities from group games, group trips to exercise program. What I didn’t like was that the living accommodations seemed to be very cramped and small.

Dad is new to the facility and I am amazed how quickly it became his new "home". The loving staff welcomed him with open arms and it made all the difference. Thank you!

We love it. I like best the rooms, the privacy, the clubhouse, etc. I like everything in there. I also like the staff and the residents there. I have seen some other facilities in the past and this one of the better ones.

We visited for my parents. It is a beautiful facility. The staff is very nice, very friendly, and helpful. So far I didn't see anything that they need to improve on. It is an assisted living facility, but my parents' needs are too advanced to be put in there.
