My grandmother was at Virtua Health & Rehab Mt Holly. The staff was very nice. She got a private room and it kind of reminded of a hospital room. We were able to decorate it, but it looked like a hospital room, and did not look like an apartment or anything like that. It looked very clean. I think they stayed on the ball. We usually brought her some food, because towards the end she was not really eating too much. They were very good with communication. If they did not have an answer right away, they always got back to you with the answer. It was a different time then because it was pre-corona. We were able to go in, and so we were able to see her whenever we wanted.

I was in this facility for 75 days. My right leg had a below knee amputation. From the minute I was brought in, the nurses, The CNA's, the PT and OT therapist, the best. Maria, Stephen, Terrance, Jocelyn, Diane, Adi, Delores, Shemica, Sabrina all the best, all nurses. My CNA's. Erica, Rona,Gerline, Uchena, Ricky, Charlene, Franchesca, Sandra. PT. Ms Lauren the best, OT Kate all the best. I would have never made it without them. I am healing at.home for the past 2 months. If I forgot anyone, I am sorry. But how did Virtua manage to get a great team, like these people on all 3 shifts. I have been through lots of rehabs with my mom, this one the best. I encourage anyone who needs rehab, visit Virtua first!

Brother was in there for about three weeks. Had to repeatedly ask for his ensure then wait almost an hour to receive it. Ask for blankets had to get them ourselves. Only a few of the nurses really seam to give a darn. When he first went there we thought it was just him complaining but soon saw he was telling the truth. Plus his roommate wasn't treated any better. I will never recommend this place for anyone or animal care

I wasn't impressed with Virtua Rehab. It was kind of depressing. It was older and OK, but not a place that I would want to go to personally. It could have been cleaner in my opinion. I didn't feel the physical therapy my father got was very good. Every time he had a different rehabilitation person. They never gave him the same one. I didn't really get to meet too many people, but the nurse I met was very nice. They were very busy and we had to wait a while. It was some kind of a joke. I wasn't thrilled at all with them. However, the food was OK. He did eat very well and never complained about it.

Virtua Health is excellent. There were caretakers available, and they were in and out of the rooms regularly. The staff was very helpful. Things were pretty good from the caretaking perspective. There were two in a room with a common bathroom. It was clean.

She's been at Virtua Health and Rehab for about five months now. Our experience was very good with regards to this facility. They do have activities, and they do have someone wheel her out of the room.
