The rooms are very nice and clean. The individual tenant can add their own personal touch to make it home! The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Very attentive to the needs of their residents. The activities keep my family member engaged and entertained as well as active, which is a very important factor for anyone. The activities director seems to understand what keeps life interesting and fun! The food is excellent! No complaints there!

This place doesn't deserve one star, but zero is not an option. If you love your family member, avoid this place at all costs. The pricing is outrageous for what they offer. The place is understaffed and aside from a handful of people, no one will take responsibility for a task. Patients are left unattended to soil themselves, even after being called several times. Medications are given inconsistent and patients are treated like children if they ask questions. Personal items are often lost or somehow missing from rooms with reimbursement not being an option. Thank God we got our family member out of there as soon as we did. Left in their care, her health was failing in every possible way. Now removed from their care, all problems experienced during her time there have disappeared and she's doing fantastic. I would't leave a carnival goldfish in their care, much less a human being.

Brutally overworked and understaffed facility. Lots of blank stares and eye rolls when you ask for help. Nursing staff doesn't seem to care and acts as though you are bothering them. Condescending towards patients. My mother was served a meal on crusty dishes with a dirty greasy glass. Nice on the outside, not on the inside.

My dad went to rehab at Seacrest Village. I was very impressed with the staff. I learned about their assisted living facility while I was at the nursing home. They have double rooms and single rooms. Dad told me he liked the food. It was an excellent and very clean.

We looked at Seacrest Village, and I didn't see any real advantage to go into it over the other nursing home we saw. I guess the facilities are very comparable, but because it was farther away, we didn't choose that one. They were probably about twelve miles away. My sister has to drive about an hour to see our mother, but she comes down once a week, and it only takes me about ten minutes. We were given a tour and were treated fine. Their place appears just a tiny bit nicer (than the other place). They're clean. There were some odors, but it depends on the people that you have in there, too. It depends on how difficult the patients are, because not every place has the same level of patients. It depends on how they take care of them, and it depends on the experience. They showed us all the way around. We saw the rooms and the dining room. We actually did see their assisted living facility. They're beautiful. They have some private rooms; most of them were two-person rooms. All the rooms have windows, and they're very adequate; they have places to store clothing, and televisions. Their dining room is also of adequate size. Its location is a little more rural. It would be farther away from some of the amenities.

Needs to be rechecked by the state. I feel so bad for the staff they try so hard but can't get everything done because of insufficient staffing. On numerous occasions I heard on nurses working over 16 hours. Most of the nurses don't take breaks but try to play it off as it is part of the role. One nurse admitted working doubles on only a 15min break. When you think the ratio is 30 to 1 on the floor my friend was on that scares me. Saw CNAs doing treatments nurses only should be doing and short cuts made left and right. I know I am more picky since I am a nurse but I would never put anyone in this facility nor would allow anyone I know to work there. Don't know who is treated worse the residents or employees but I am leaning more towards the employee.

The nursing staff was very professional and always good to my mother. Her room was nice and always clean. They provided games, crafts and other activities for the residence. The doctor who cared for my mother was very nice and always had my mothers best interest in mind. The facility is located in a nice area. The owner/operator of the facility, I believe were cruel and not always honest with the financial side of the business. My mother passed away and is no longer a resident of this facility.
