My first impression of this place is that it is very small, just two stories. It is located in a good neighborhood since it sits on a road with great views of the NYC skyline. The lobby is clean. The staff is cordial but there could be some improvement here and there. Another thing is that there is urine smells. From my experiences with the food that they serve is that it is not the greatest.
