Father was admitted after surgery for rehab. My father was treated great, and everyone employed seemed to have the welfare of the patients/residents in mind. Employees were friendly and showed patience with their charges and presented themselves professionally. Specific acknowledgement should go to the attendant for my father, Chris, who cared for my father's personal needs. Chrissy in rehab PT who showed concern and care for my father. Dinah, who kept me informed of my father's progress and medical status. Debbie who kept me updated on the requirements and status of my father as well as having weekly meetings with me and my father for him to express any of his concerns. My father appreciated being included "in the loop". Would recommend facility for any rehab requirements.

I went to The Rehab Center at Wedgwood Gardens. I like the gentleman that I went on a tour with. He toured me all around the facility, so that was positive. I can't say I like anything least. The staff was very personable, very informative, and very competent. The building's cleanliness was fine. I met a couple of the staff, and I felt very safe with them. I met the nurse and the social worker. They seemed very nice and very giving people. I saw one room. It happened to be empty at the time, but they could have two patients in the room. I guess it would be sufficient though.

Wedgwood Gardens has helped my family tremendously with my mother. She needed more care than she was receiving and the entire staff welcomed her with open arms. It’s been so long since I have seen my mother smile. Every single employee at Wedgwood Gardens is so friendly and they always have the time to answer all of your questions. If there was an option for 10 stars I would’ve easily selected that!!!

Everything from top to bottom was terrific. My brother received tremendous care while at Wedgwood Gardens Care Center for rehab. I give the highest regard to all of the nurses and staff at Wedgwood Gardens of Freehold.

Wedgwood Gardens has caring, compassionate staff that go out of their way to make you comfortable during your stay here. The nurses are profession and empathetic. Definitely recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Outside of a few nurses/aides, the majority are ice cold, demonstrating no compassion to many patients that are at their mercy. From my couple of weeks of observation, some of the staff openly and consistently fight with one another in the hallway, refer to residents by their bed numbers and not their names, are unapproachable for any questions/concerns and are downright mean/uncaring to their residents. I would be very careful when considering Wedgwood for patients that need more advanced care, unless you are prepared to constantly advocate/protect your loved one at bedside, almost around the clock. You cannot trust their care for a patient without a voice.

This is a wonderful rehab facility. The nurses and aides are attentive and caring. I couldn't ask for better care for my mom.

My father was recently staying at the center for rehab, the staff was caring and attentive to our needs. It was comforting knowing that my father would be getting a home visit from the center soon and has already been called 2 times to check on his progress since he's been home. I would happily recommend taking your loved one here for rehab.

THE CARE IN THE FACILITY IS EXCELLENT.THE STAFF IS VERY CARING AND ALWAYS TRYING TO MAKE MY STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE.THERAPY IS EXTRAORDINARY AND ALWAYS VERY CONSIDERATE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED FACILTY FOR ITS WARMTH AND PROFESSIONALISM.

majority of staff is upbeat and helpful; but a few on staff were nasty about helping resident with bathroom needs; food is terrible; group showers to residents are continuously ice cold; doctor on staff is horrible- no communication with family on meds., med. changes, etc.

My experience at this facility really depends on which staff members happen to be working. Usually, I find my grandmother well taken care off. I especially think the managing staff is wonderful, and the receptionist is always friendly as well. For the most part, I think the staff here takes good care of the patients. If I press the help button for my grandmother, usually it takes only a few minutes for a nurse or staff member to come over. Most of nurses and aides are upbeat and understanding, and help make an otherwise depressing place feel friendlier. I think they also do a good job of providing activities for the residents, like manicures, old movie, and board games. Sadly, my grandmother does not speak English and tends to get very bored and lonely. Still, I think the staff at Wedgewood Gardens will go out of its way to make her as happy as possible.
