My sister spent the last three weeks of her all too short life on the first floor unit of Allaire. There is no amount of space that could accommodate all the words necessary to adequately praise the care she received. I have never met more gentle, loving, devoted, dedicated nurses, aides, social workers or administrators, than I did during my sister's time at Allaire. My sister required a lot of attention and our family was there twenty-four hours a day. Never once did any of the Allaire staff express anything but support and unending patience during a time that had to be trying for them at times for them. My sister was one of the most beautiful people who has ever walked this Earth. She deserved only the kindest, caring, gentle, attentive patient care. That's is exactly what she received. I am grateful beyond words!

Allaire Rehab & Nursing was horrific; it was terrible. They actually admitted my father and there was nothing wrong with him, so they accepted a patient who had nothing to rehabilitate during COVID, and he was sent there by a family member. While he was there, he fell and broke his hip, and now he cannot walk any longer. They have rehab on one floor and a nursing home on another floor. According to my father they just kind of left him there. He was just left in the room and he was a patient with nothing wrong, and he was literally isolated in the room because they quarantined him. The outside looks like a state institution to me, it's cold-looking, and it was in March so there was nothing around it. The staff was not helpful, the director was very nice and helpful, but she wasn't on the grounds because of COVID. My father said the food was OK, and he didn't say anything negative. The time that he spent there cost him Medicare time that he really needed, like now that he has a broken hip he could really use that time to pay for rehab. He lost his Medicare time there when nothing was wrong with him, and it was there that he fell and broke his hip.

I would NOT place a love one in this facility. My love one spent three days here before I had them transferred to another facility. This was for sub-acute rehab. The rooms are dark n gloomy. The staff pays little attention to the patients. They aren’t too efficient with patients medication. When I wanted a blood pressure to be taken they told me they couldn’t because the machine had to be charged.Gave out medication before taking a blood pressure. Forgot to deliver dinner. The food is not appealing and COLD(even with the kitchen on the same floor as the rehab) After dinner there’s no snack before bedtime. If you have issues with walking to the bathroom they want you in pull ups. How lazy can they be! I can go on and on....... I wouldn’t place my dog here. People BEWARE !

I recently attended an open house event at Allaire Nursing and Rehab show casing the new sub acute unit. The new unit is beautifully designed and athletically pleasing. The spa like shower area is both functional and classy. The rooms are spacious and practically designed. More importantly though I can attest to the team of health care professionals working cohesively to meet the unique needs of the people they care for with challenging heath conditions. I’m excited about the enthusiasm and dedication I see at this facility and look forward to seeing some great outcomes here.

Allaire Rehab & Nursing was great. They had a workout gym, physical training, and other activities. There were four-seat tables in the dining room and seemed good. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was professional. There was a wide choice of food. They had a library and computer room. The place looked very clean.
