My father-in-law is at Joyful Senior Haven, and we really like it. It's a group home, and hospice comes in for you. They make nice meals that he likes. He has a private room that's always very clean and cheerful looking. The staff is really good.

I have moved my mother into Joyful Senior Care Haven. The place is very clean, very bright, very airy, and very friendly. When you walk in, it feels like home. They have a maximum of 10 people that they care for. They normally have three staff members all the time and occasionally four. They provide excellent care. It is delightful. We really enjoy it, and my mother seems to greatly enjoy it, too.

Our family's experience with them so far is really good and my grandmother seems happy with the place. There are ten person/patient in the facility with four people taking care of them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I love the place cause its huge and they have day to day activities like playing cards and watching television. The staff is also friendly and are trained with the job, the food that they serve is also healthy in good serving. My grandma is in a private room there which is a little bit expensive but actually worth it. They are also the one taking my grandma for her appointment to the doctor and the caregivers are trained to give the medications. My family is confident that my grandma is in good hands because we just can't do what they can do to meet the needs of my grandma and assisting her to her daily activities.
