Maple Crest Care Center is clean and the staff is good. My dad didn't like the food at first, but he does now. He shares a room with another gentleman, and it's a little bit cold. They have exercise, social activities, singing, and Bingo.

I don't like Maple Crest The rooms were smaller than average, In my opinion. My interactions with the staff are good. I do enjoy Bingo. It seemed crowded and not very open or airy.

We placed my mom there for memory care/long term needs about a year ago. Maple Crest staff is staffed by a very competent and supportive team from admissions, to care planning to those doing the on the ground work. We have family and friends who are social workers in Omaha and Maple Crest came highly recommended and was our first choice. The transition was flawless and handled as well as could be handled for a difficult situation. I feel so lucky that she is in a facility that loves and cares for her. Recent facility upgrades were nice. Options of single and double rooms. The room mate selection on the memory care unit has some thought into matching temperaments. Originally she was in a single and I like her move to the double better for socialization. On the memory care unit there is a 'quiet room' with soft music and lovely visuals that my mom loves. 3 communal areas not including a small out door courtyard. My mom is encouraged to engage in activities in center as much as possible...chapel, singing, Bingo even paper delivery as long as she is able and appropriate to participate. The recreational therapist is excellent. Memory care is difficult anywhere and these guys and gals excel and finding the joy and beauty in the messy. They are responsive to concerns and suggestions. Highly recommend.

I was at Maple Crest Care Center. It was very good. They treated me well. The food was good. The physical and occupational therapy was very good too. The services were fine and the staff was good. They were always cleaning. They had something going on everyday. We played Bingo twice a week and we had outings to Wal-Mart.

I don't like Maple Crest because it's not as lively as I would prefer. It seemed crowded and not very open, airy, or sunny. The staff was kind and extremely nice. It would be a very good place for people who are sicker. The rooms were average or maybe smaller. I didn't notice anything bad or wonderful.

I’m in a care facility, Maple Crest Care Center. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re really seriously in need. For regular living, no, but for somebody that is in need of much assistance, it’s probably good. If you’re in need of a nursing facility, it’s fair. Food, in my opinion, is not bad-tasting, but I can’t say it’s what I need. It’s starchy, and it’s a lot of filling. It’s a highly structured environment. It’s like they’re treating you like a 3-year-old. What they’re doing for activities is not for me. For me, they failed in the physical therapy aspect of it, the daily activities, and the food. About all I can get out of it is sleeping and bathing.
