The Lodge is a nice, clean place, and they have all the facilities there. They take the patients on different excursions. I just really like everything about it. They have three good meals a day and then they have a different menu, too, if you want something different than what they were having that day. The rooms are very nice, good in size, and clean. Once a week, they have housekeeping come in and clean them. The staff is very, very good. They're very nice and courteous. They get a hold of you when they need to. They're really good. My friend is there for assisted living. They have bingo and movie nights. They also bring in outside music like different bands, violinists, and music people that come in also.

The Lodge was very open, very energetic, a lot of fun, and the apartments looked great. They had a nice view of fields and mountains and things like that. The residents there who were out and about looked happy and talkative, but because it doesn't have memory care, we just didn't go with that. The staff was energetic, upbeat, asked all the right questions, took the time to give us a tour and listen to our concerns and things like that. They have a nice menu and various foods for different tastes and things like that. The one thing, though, that The Lodge had was that if a person doesn't want to come down and eat in the dining area, I think there were so many meals they could have delivered to their apartment, to their room, and then they have to pay for that.

The experience of having my father at The Lodge Great Falls has so far been good. The living atmosphere is good, but during COVID they're not as open as they could be. But they're starting to open up their dining facility, they have two people at a table, and they are allowing visitors, so it's good.

Everything about The Lodge was great. The girl who helped me was very good. I like the place. It's very clean. The people looked pretty happy. Nobody was yelling or freaking out. I would be more than happy to move over there. The dining area was very clean and there were happy residents. The rooms were good and parking was nice. They accommodate people who have walkers that can't go up and down the stairs with an elevator. The whole interior of the place was good. I specifically looked to make sure that the carpet wasn't tattered or there weren't any runs or places that one could trip and fall; I didn't see any indication of that. As far as activities they had a bingo night, art, a recreation room, somebody comes in and gets involved with the residents, and there are puzzles.
