The social worker assigned to the case found Frontier Health and Rehabilitation for us. Staff is really good. They work with my dad. He is in their memory care. They kept me informed of what's been going on. They have a workout place and activities, and they do exercise. The place is just old. The building needs to be rehabbed.

I think Frontier Health and Rehabilitation is horrible. It's not clean and it's not well staffed. The food is given on a single, very thin piece of paper plate. My aunt has been there for a month in the memory care unit. There are a couple of staff that have been pleasant and nice to talk to, but they have lost her teeth and they continue to give her food, like pizza, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, and other foods that she cannot chew and eat. Clothes that are given to her or brought in by family, that are tagged have been disappearing. Her roommate is taking things from her side of the room and nothing is being done about it. I've gone in and she's been so doped up that she can't even hardly talk or walk.

We have my dad at Frontier Health and Rehabilitation. The care people seemed to be very accommodating, and everything is acceptable and fine there. My dad has been there for a week, but needs are being met.

Frontier Health was close to us, they had an open spot, and they would have Medicaid beds available for her sooner than those of the other places we went to. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is of average size; it’s an older facility, but it’s clean. They do bingo, take them to places, and they have some exercise thing they do. It was affordable, but it needs updating.
