My mother is now in SpringHill. I really like it. It doesn't have memory care, but it is cheaper and not as big. We like it very much. The staff is perfect. They give her lots of attention. Everybody knows everybody by their first name. They have several activities. Today, they have a mother's tea for Mother's Day, which is well attended. They have games, they keep the residents busy, and they can go to their room and take a nap when they get tired. All of the staff smiles and greest you when you come in. They act like they're glad to see you. The rooms are very nice. You can get a studio, which is what Mother has. There is enough room in there for her bed, a lazy boy chair, two other chairs, and some more furniture. The bathroom is a walk-in and the closets are a very nice. They also provide nice furniture with their room, so that you don't have to take your furniture from home or anything. They got everything, and it all looks new. They allowed us to hang all the pictures that we wanted. They also bought her a TV. I really like it. They have good food. They asked everyone what they prefer, and what they like, so a suggestion was made about comfort food to help them last from supper through morning easier than having just a salad and a sandwich. They made that adjustment. They have plenty of activities, too. Everybody seems to be happy. I think we are getting our money's worth.

Extremely friendly and very helpful. Did all they could to find funding for my Uncle to stay there. The facility was clean and everyone seemed happy to be there. I had lunch there and the food was wonderful and even had homemade coconut cream pie for dessert!

Springhill is always attractive and beautifully decorated. They always have decorations that are seasonal. It's always very clean and very attractive. The meals that I have eaten there have been well prepared and beautifully served and delicious. My two friends that are there just rave about how wonderful the people are to them. They do things that just excellent care of them. The employees seemed to really care about the residents who are there. They plan fun activities for the residents. They have wonderful parties that I have been invited to as a guest. I think it's just a neat place to be to have lots of good care.

The location and the facility itself is probably the best in the area that I needed for my mother-in-law to be. Everything has been great. Communication with them is good. They always involved the family with any kind of holidays. If we wanna bring in other family members to come and celebrate something, they're always very welcoming. They had one of the rooms in the social area available for us. They assist us with anything they can help us with. You just feel welcome when you come in to the door. I don't have anything bad to say at all in any area. My mom had an apartment. She loved it. She fractured her pelvis and we had to get her to the Hospital Medical Lodge for rehab and then we came back. Then she had a TIA and had to go back to the Hospital Medical Lodge for rehab. She got through all of that. The distance from her apartment to dining hall was too much for her. So, Springhill suggested we get a room close to the dining hall because they also assist with making sure she gets there ok. She'd been in a single room, private room and an apartment and most of them had been perfect. I have eaten with her maybe half a dozen times. I find the food to be excellent and their menu and specials. You can make an order for breakfast. It's all very very good. I think like in any structure after many many years, you have maintenance that needs to be done on things. With Springhill, I think they keep it up very well. They keep it very stylish, up to date and clean. On the outside, flowers and things are planted and they decorate them. It always smells good when you walk to the door. I think they do an excellent job.

Spring Hill has a good reputation. After looking at it, there's really not anything else for it to be compared with as far as the way it looks and the way they keep it real nice and everything. I think the place is very very good and up to date. It looks really nice. They've got an excellent chef who cooks whatever you like. I have eaten there several times with my mom. The food is always excellent. Their dining room is nice and elegant. The staff there is more or less like a family. It's just really a real nice setting. My mom has a little room with a bathroom. Kinda like a small apartment with no kitchen.
