My sister is in Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center. The staff is very nice and responsive. She seems to be happy there. They made sure that her food was cut up appropriately so that she could feed herself more easily. I was happy about that. They have an equestrian center, so sometimes they do horse therapy. It is moderately clean. I tend to go in there and wipe her tray table down when I go visit, but they're not bad. It doesn't smell like a lot of nursing homes. They keep that under control. I haven't tried the food myself, but she eats it. They're going to stop her tube feedings, so I think she must like it. She's got a lot of space. She does share with someone because she is on Medicaid, but it hasn't been an issue at all. She's got adequate closet space and space for her television and chair.

I toured Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center. They have double rooms. The staff was very personable, very kind, very caring, and very helpful. They served three meals a day. The building was clean. It was very, very old, though, and needed some updating.

My mom is at Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center and the staff has been very cooperative and very nice. They are very patient with their residents. The facility is very clean. The rooms are bigger and they have a lot of activities for them.

My mother was at this nursing facility for a number of years. I think some of the staff were good and really tried. The issue is that they were terribly understaffed. As a result, my mother was not well cared for. They kept giving her chopped up food. We told them she didn't need this done as she was not presently a choking risk. Yet they continued. She hated the food. She lost so much weight they had to put her in hospice to get her weight back up. She fell multiple times. They could never tell us what had happened and since she has Alzheimer's she was unable to tell us . One time she fell and was so bruised up. Her face was swollen with huge black eyes and she looked like she had been punched in the face. Still no one could tell us what happened. The last time she fell she broke her hip. We eventually were able to move her out of this facility. We were afraid she would be killed due to neglect. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The rooms are uncleaned most of the time. Food is cold and nasty and never on time since the old cook left. You ask the kitchen staff a question you get I don't know. If you ask a cna if you can't get out the doors for help half the time the answer was not my job.

The decision to move from home to a memory care facility was difficult as mom worked hard to keep him comfortable at home. We hired a Senior Care Consultant to help us find the best and most affordable place for dad. He provided reports which included reviews on each facility we visited and answered questions we did not know to ask. Our initial visit to Seasons Memory Care was welcoming; the staff was friendly, kind and supportive of our process. The facility was clean, bright and resident's seemed happy. It took Dad a few weeks to get familiar with his surroundings but the staff was attentive and took time to keep him informed. Dad has been at Seasons Memory Care for over a year and his joy has returned, he is popular with staff and residents. Seasons recognizes him and all veterans for their services on Veterans Day, the activities director gets him involoed in physical activities (which he had shunned at home), he goes to the hair salon for his haircuts (makes him feel handsome), the podiatrist takes care of his toenails, the doctor and nurses keep his diabetes under control, he enjoys his meals and snacks, and the part he likes best are all the hugs from directors, nurses and aids. The staff at Seasons Memory Care are part of our family and we are grateful for their love and care. We are informed of any changes to his medications, diet, behaviors and sometimes just a regular check in with how he is doing. Mom has her joy back too. She enjoys spending time with dad at Seasons (not having to worry about his every need and care) and has settled into being at home without her husband of 62 years. With gratitude Tonya Caffrey

My mother was a resident for about a month. Facility lacked cleanliness and resources to make facility appealing inside or out. Extremely high turnover which contributed to inadequate care for some residents. It is necessary for family/friends to visit constantly to ensure your love receives the appropriate attention. Some workers really wanted to do a good job but mgt did not provide the support needed. If you are seeking a facility that works with residents that need memory care I would request they show and explain their program(s) and goals. They were unable to provide this information for me. Not the worst facility but it has plenty of room for improvements. I had to move my mom within the first month because she was not receiving appropriate care or engaging activities.

My father is in Seasons and I am grateful he is here. The staff has been caring and kind with me and with Dad. Not every day is a perfect day, but I believe the care he gets is excellent.

My mom is a resident at Seasons. She has been there for a few months. I usually visit every week. The facility lacks cleanliness, some of the staff are sitting around on their cell phones or talking with each other, and my mom lacks personal hygiene. My mom does not have the capabilities to use the bathroom on her own, dress herself, brush her teeth, bath herself or wash her own hands. She can barely feed herself. I feel that she doesn't get the respect or attention needed to have a decent quality of life. We wish we had the resources to be able to care for her at home, but are unable to do so. I don't know if they are under staff to care for the residents. It sure seems like they have a very high turn over rate within the caregiver's staff.

I visit Seasons Care Center a lot. Facility is clean residents are clean, cared for and loved by staff. I can say I am in a lot of nursing homes and if my family member had Alzheimer's, this is the place that I would want them.

This place is a disgrace! You gotta be kidding me! My Aunt has been there several months with a noticeable decline in health and hygiene. The "Dr" on staff is a joke. He bops in on occasional visits only to prescribe more med's in keeping my Aunt in a continual stupor. This place is not interested in one's personal dignity or wellbeing.

My Aunt Margaret recently passed away at Seasons. The staff is accomodating, but I cannot say the same for their Head of Nursing who was never present at any of the care plan meetings, nor during the two days she was dying. I agree with my sister, be very careful with their business office as they are not knowledgeable, nor professional. If we had it to do over, we would have not chose Seasons as a home for our Aunt who needed 24-hr care.

My aunt recently passed away at seasons. Her Care was satisfactory however be careful with front office. They are unprofessional and do not have knowledge on how Medicare and Rep Payee designations work.

We have been very fortunate to find Seasons Care Center for my mom. We've been with them since a month and a half now. They took care of my mom during the day while we are at work and then we bring her home in the evenings. We are hoping to keep her with the family for as long as we can. .At this point, we are extremely satisfied with them. It took us a while to locate them because they are not very well advertised, but it got good excellent reviews online. The facility is recently remodeling. The staff are compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly because they've been very, very good with my mother.

My father has been at Season's for a couple of years now. He is in the late stages of Alzheimer's and now in a wheelchair. I love this facility. The staff is very attentive to the my father and the whole family. We are actually allowed to have a private dinners for holidays with my father. My father loved the holidays, escpecially the food! We bring in all his favorites and eat with him as if he were at home. He always looks clean and cared for and in good health. My stepmother goes almost everyday to have feed him lunch as do many spouses that have loved ones in the facility.
