My wife is in Highland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center and the place is horrible. They are understaffed. One of my biggest complaints is that when I try calling them back, all I get is a voice recording. It's an older building. It's not well set up. They've got her in a locked area. When there's a visit, she gets off the elevator and you have to wait for someone to open the door, and they aren't very good with that. There are few activities and they have bingo.
