The new manager Jackie is from Puerto Rico and is very verbally Abusive to the residents. We ''the residents are supposed to get $50 a month but allot of the time she cant find the checks on her desk. She has informed the staff that residents are not allowed to check there mail. that all mail is to go to Jackie First. She makes us sign all checks and give them to her. We get 2 checks extra a month one for $292 and one for $50 . Dont put Family or Friends here.

the rooms are small and the big rooms they are making semi-private. 50/50 on the staff. The Manager is Horrible. I was only there a few months and moved back with my husband. The only activities are bingo maybe an hour a couple times a week and noodle ball once a week for an hour so residents are very bored. the hallways are extremely narrow and the residents like to walk in the halls but they are so narrow it makes it difficult. The long term staffers are burned out and ready to quit. The food is so bad most residents live on snacks brought in from families. I am so happy to be out of this place. we were in a couple of there properties in Kansas City. Word for the wise if the property is managed by Tuterra stay away.

Hudson House changed owners about a year ago and changed the manager and they have not been able to keep an Administrator. 3 in a year and we dont have one now. The food as got terrible and immediately the new owners ''Tutera property management'' scaled our dinner plates down to 9 inches, that tells you allot right there. Snacks are at night and are the same as they were a year ago there usually out of anything good and allot of people are already in bed when the snack cart comes at night. 7:15-8:00 p.m. most not all of the staff are busy hiding somewhere texting on there cell phones or are outside smoking so if your family member falls and cant reach the call light they are screwed until someone can hear them. No and i mean no supervision on the evening shift. nobody is in charge at all. no shift supervisor. HH used to be the best a year ago, now it's really really bad but your not gonna get a resident to say that because they are too afraid. very few activities and no amenities. i could go on and on. i am trying to move but without family to help its hard to get out once you get in. Please dont put your loved one here.
