My mom was at Bellevue Assisted Living. They don’t take acute memory care. It’s just assisted living. If you have a regular patient that just needs minor assistance living alone and they can take care of themselves, that place is Donald Trump First Class A1, and it's cheap, too. That place is off the chain. I'm talking Donald Trump service. It's a beautiful place. It's brand new. It's only like a year old, but it's like $3500 a month, and it's well worth it. It's nice. They don’t deal with Alzheimer’s patients. The people there are five-star. They’re excellent people. They were pretty good. The people were nice. The amenities there were fabulous. They got a hair salon, a physical therapy room with all the equipment, and a nice courtyard. They got an activity room where they do activities and all. The rooms are about 400 square feet maybe, but they're extremely nice. I put my mom in there, but they said they couldn't handle her. My mom was there for about a month, but everything about Bellevue is five-star. They are fantastic. It's a fantastic place. They don’t give that level of care as my mom needed.

I had to click one star to be able to write a review. However, zero stars is my rating! My mom was a resident for nine months and it consistently went down each month after move in. No consistency with staff, high turnover, rooms not thoroughly cleaned, lack of professionalism, meals were horrible, medication not managed properly, so many sad and tragic episodes of neglect. When addressing it with administration, they’re good at bandaiding problems so it appears they’ve gone away. No acceptance of responsibility for poor care of our elders. If you want more personal information, please contact me but DO NOT place your loved one here! I wish my mom was still here for me to tell her I’m sorry for ever moving her there…

Bellevue Assisted Living is my first choice. It's a great place and it would be the most appropriate for my mother. They have very friendly staff and very happy residents. It's very clean, very bright, and uplifting. I liked everything about it. The rooms were spacious, very up-to-date, and very appropriate for seniors. It's got a wonderful location with nice surroundings. The hair salon that was provided inside the facility was also very reasonably priced. They have personal visits from practitioners for any residents needing it, I was impressed with the size. It's not too big and not too small. I liked the arrangement and the floor plan of the place as well.

I toured Bellevue Assisted Living and it was absolutely wonderful. The guy was second in charge, I think, and he answered all my questions. It was just a great tour. It's new, pretty, and beautiful. It's just more confining that I want to be right now. It's not more than two years old. I was able to see all of it, and they have beautiful brochures, and the picture's nice and just beautiful. It is just marvelous. Everything about it is just perfect, except it was not what I wanted right now. I talked to the cook. The menu is varied and so nice. They had hallways, and then they had a main room where they could eat or play games or do things. They also had a library, a room where they could watch TV, and they had a perfectly beautiful outdoor area.
