My friend is in Country Manor Campus. It's very nice and I approve of it. The staff is very kind. The food is absolutely awesome. It's very homelike and very comfortable. Their activities are very good, but it's expensive. It has assisted living, homecare, and rehab.

We are choosing Country Manor Campus for my mother. We liked the layout of the facility. The room that we saw was nice. We also liked the amenities that were offered. They would provide assistance with the meds, the meals, and the activities. There was a walking area and an outside courtyard. The staff who assisted us was really friendly, accommodating, and was able to answer our questions.

Not a good place to send anyone!! Very small rooms, bad food, staff not professional and rude. My husband was placed there not by choice. After he checked in he found out that his call light did not work, his bed did not work, and his remote did not work!! When I, his wife, walked to the nurses station to ask a question, I was reprimanded by the director of nursing for lingering around and trying to read computer screens!! I worked in the medical field for 25 years and was appalled by her accusations. Very rude!! Also, when my husband said he was not going to stay a minute longer, the director of nursing and the director of social services told him he would have to stay And he needed a doctor to discharge him. In the three days he was there, he did not see a doctor and wasn't scheduled to see one for another 4 days. No one came to clean anything. He could only shower once a week. He went there to recover from a month long stay at the hospital and only got worse. Very rude staff. Stay away from this place!!!!!

We toured Country Manor Campus. The people were very cordial about taking us around and showing us the place. We had a lovely time there. Their restaurant is a public restaurant, so it is different. The public eats there as well. We were in the part that was independent living, and they had some nice big units, which we were interested in. It's a lovely place, and the people are coming and going. They have a shop there where you can buy just about anything you want. There are different sections that are spread out, which is kind of nice. Walking outside would be pleasant; you're not walking around in traffic. It's more like out in the country. There are other stuff around, but it's not as congested. We like that part of it, too. The place is clean, neat, and maintained. When you converse with people who live there, you get a feeling that they're happy and content.

Worst facility I have dealt with in a long time. It honestly seems like no one cares about the level of pain my dad is in. Hasn’t slept well in weeks due to severe back pain and no one will do anything about it. Even requested to go to a hospital and no one will arrange it. I cannot recommend this facility any less.

My tour at Country Manor Campus was fine. They just didn't have a 2-bedroom apartment which we would need so we would have ended up having 2 apartments so it won't work out. That would have been the kind of care that my parents needed, it would have been enough care but there's no room for my parents for them to be together. The staff is great, they were very helpful. The room we saw was very nice but I just want them home. The layout is good, it's in one level and it was nice. My grandma was there and they took great care of her. She was in the assisted living apartment and had to move to the nursing home and in both places they were great.

I just wanted to say it was most helpful for me in the condition that I was in. I basically couldn't do anything . Thay brought me back to where I could walk with a walker and take care of myself. Then so I could have my total hip replacement. Champion Rehab was amazing. I want to say a special thanks to all the people who helped me in rehab. Now I am walking with a cane and it will get better. Thank you Kyle.

Country Manor was the only place that had the level of care mom needed. The food is good. The staff is trained, has longevity, are happy, and have a lot of patience with my mom. The family is very happy to have Mom there. You can customize the type of care you need, and they are very flexible with the price.

Country Manor is a big community, and it has all levels of care. It was new, very modern, clean, and friendly. They had multiple activities at the campus, they have a store, a pharmacy, a fast food restaurant, and a bank. The staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms were small but adequate, and they encourage the residents to come out of the rooms. The location is perfect, and the grounds were very well taken care of.

I am in Country Manor. I choose it because it is very nice. They have all kinds of buildings. They have pharmacy, banks, and doctors. Everything is right here, and I don't have to go anywhere. They have old folks homes, rehabilitation, apartments, and all kinds of things. I am in a two-bedroom apartment and it is very nice. When I had a tour, Gail showed me around and she was very nice. By far this is the best facility I have been. You just sit down in the dining area and they bring you the food. They have a lot of activites going on every day and twice a week we go on a bus tour. There's always something for us and it's top notch here.
