My mother moved into Broadwell Senior Living - Plymouth. It's like an apartment building, and I got her a studio. She likes it there and the restroom is big. We had to furnish it, so we've got everything she needs. There's free laundry. She has activities like getting her fingernails painted, and she went to some Halloween stuff. She also went to bingo last week. They have all kinds of things they do there. She's got a pendant she wears if she needs help to go to the bathroom or to shower. She just pushes that button and they'll come. When I walked in there I really liked the atmosphere, and the staff was really nice to me. They were really helpful, so I decided right on the spot to pick that place. The staff is very professional. They have a fitness room there, and she's been going to that. If somebody is from out of town and wants to stay, that'll be free for them. And there's rooms there we can reserve if we want to have a party with her.

We toured Broadwell Senior Living - Plymouth. One thing that caught us off guard is they had a lot of Covid going on in the building. I was kind of surprised because we didn't know that until we got there, and my mom was a little worried about taking the tour once we got there. They gave us masks to walk around, but we were surprised they didn't give us a heads up about that before we got there. The lady who toured us was good. But they were out of brochures when we went, and they hadn't followed up with us or sent us any kind of additional brochures that they would normally give to clients that want to live there. It seemed like they had a lot of different events like game cards, and stuff like that for the people who live there. They also have a party room that they showed us for birthday parties and stuff that families can use, and I thought that was nice. The kitchens in the units were very new-looking. There were new appliances, and they were spacious. They have a large bathroom plus the laundry in the unit. It was more defining than the other place because they're newer. The food looked good, too. They had different options. It also seemed large enough that you wouldn't be seeing the same people every day. It's brand new and they have a hair salon in the place, too, which I thought was nice because my mom does like to get her hair and nails done, and she could get those done there.

Broadwell Senior Living-Plymouth was clean and nice. I just didn't like the units. There were very few closets and what they had was small. The so-called linen closet in the bathroom was extremely small. I just wasn't impressed. I'm sure it was nice, but it wasn't for me.

The tour I had at Broadwell Senior Living-Plymouth was wonderful. The gal was wonderful and informative, but the problem with it was that the rent was a little high and they had not only a pet fee, but they had a monthly pet rental fee. The facilities were beautiful. It was much more beautiful than the one that I chose, but it was a little too fancy for me and they wanted too much money. That's what lost them the sale because they had too many expenses. It was going to be my first choice, but then when we figured out the numbers, we realized that the extra cost of all the pet costs were going to be too much. The room was beautiful. It was spacious and nice. I think it had a balcony. It was farther away, but nothing was wrong with the facility. I had a perfect tour. They showed me all the different areas. The areas were beautiful and much more up-to-date.

Broadwell Senior Living was brand new. It's a very nice place, but it's far too expensive for us. The staff were all very helpful. The apartments were very nice. The dining area was clean and people seemed to be happy.

Broadwell Senior Living was nice, everything was brand new. It's a beautiful place, with beautiful amenities, nice, wide hallways, and elevators. All of the apartments had sprinklers. The staff was very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They were enjoying the weather, the weather was nice. The apartments were beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. They all have their own washer and dryer. They also had maid service once a week, and the maid had her own washer/dryer set up in the hallway. So she didn't have to use the things in your apartment. They have a nice loading area to move your furniture in, and there's an elevator right there next to it.
