My mother is at Global Pointe Senior Living. They told me two days before she got in, she was going to be in assisted living and then the day before at 2:00 in the afternoon, they told me she had to go to memory care. It looks very nice. The room is OK, but it's not the room I picked out because she was supposed to be in assisted living. It is smaller than the first one that I picked out, but it's OK. We got her furniture in there. The staff has been very good. They seem to be taking care of her as far as getting her down there to eat and everything. They have occupational therapy and physical therapy. They have a juggler coming in. They have different kinds of people coming in to entertain them. They have exercise groups. They have a library. The food is basic, but it's very good. Today, she's having meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

My wife is a resident at Global Pointe Senior Living, where they offer memory care. It's a very up-to-date facility. The staff is very good and responsive, so we're happy to be there. They even have a theater, bingo several times a week, and live music coming in almost every week, and they do have outings.

Our mother was in memory care at GP for 7 months and was essentially neglected. While there she was bathed at most 3-4 times. A family member once found her covered in her own filth asleep in a chair; she'd had an accident and it was all over the floor. Who knows how long she'd been like that? No one had come to check on her for quite some time. Every time we brought up concerns, they would often blame my mother for being difficult. Staff interacted very little - she often spent hours upon hours sitting in a chair in her room without any interaction. Since moving her a few weeks ago, it's been night and day. she's thriving, has showered multiple times, and is always in clean clothes. It made me realize how awful the care was at GP and that I couldn't live with myself without posting this review and potentially saving someone else from this experience. No one should have to live in such filth and without any semblance of dignity or grace.

It has a wonderful activities department and it a beautiful facility.Staff rarely interact with residents and daily cares are often not provided. Water is given inconsistently at meals and residents are never asked if they need or want anything. I deeply regret every minute my parent spent there.

Global Pointe Senior Living was a very nice place, but the style of the rooms was not conducive for my mom. She needs to find the bathroom right next to the bedroom, and some were situated a little bit further away. It was beautiful and I enjoyed the tour very much. The front desk and the person giving the tour are the only people that we had interaction with. They were very friendly and very nice. I didn't try any food; we went there in the afternoon after lunch. They had activity rooms. We didn't see many people out and about there. There's no room for walking outside, and my mom enjoys that. There are patios and whatnot inside, but that's not the same as walking in amongst the trees. I like a lot of the rooms they had, and it looks like they redecorated.

My friend moved into Global Pointe Senior Living. I liked the accommodations. The staff is very easy to work with and responsive. They have a beauty salon. They have multiple patios. They have daily activities. They bring in entertainment. They have a physician's group that they work with. The food is fairly good. It's consistent. And they also can bring it up to the room if the resident is not feeling like going down to a meal ticket. Overall, I'm satisfied with the care.

I did a tour of Global Pointe Senior Living. I think the apartments are the same If you're in assisted living or senior living, and you just have more care in the assisted living at that point. It was very neat, orderly, and clean. Everyone was friendly, and it was very nice. The room was very nice as well. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice and answered all the questions. He took us around to every place we are supposed to see, showed us the different rooms, and he was just very friendly. They have music and have kind of a small club. They also have crafts, movies, and happy hour.

Global Pointe Senior Living is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. They have really great and amazing people, they have beautiful accommodations, high level of care, and the location is great for us. There's a small salon, a workout facility, really nice dining area, there's activities, music and memory programs. I was told by a staff member that the food is wonderful, but I haven't seen it nor tried it.

My husband and I stayed at Global Pointe for respite. We were only there for a month. It was very comfortable and very quiet. It had excellent food, wonderful staff, great administrators, and a good location. They're also very accommodating and very helpful. I thought it was an excellent situation all around. They did have activities but we didn't participate in any because we were busy doing therapy. I only know about assisted living, but they had activities every day. They had a movie theater and a small library. They had group events and a social hour. They also had exercise classes, podcasts, and quite a large activity room. They even have bingo in memory care and everybody was invited to go to that. It was expensive, but I feel like it was worth it. I feel we got our money's worth. I think they're only a year old or 2 years old at the most so everything there was clean, fresh, and brand new. That's another good thing about them. My husband who just got his appetite back after getting a stroke said the food was great.
