Margaret Place was very pleasant, well maintained, and decorated beautifully. The residents were all beautifully dressed, very much alive, and participating in activities, like bingo, lunches, and birthdays. It was outstanding. They had a monthly calendar of spiritual services and extensive groups of activities. My mom had a spacious, one-bedroom apartment with a nice view that came with appliances, grab bars, huge closets, and an emergency pull cord. It was lovely. We saw singing and people in a separate activity room playing cards, bridge, cribbage, a football game. They had outings to go grocery shopping and church on Sunday. They had a lovely little room where we put a lot of my mom's belongings for other people to be able to use, like a microwave, coffee maker, small appliances, and decorative stuff.

We liked Margaret Place. It seems like a nice and cozy place. The apartments were nice. The people that live there and the caretaker seemed nice and a lot of people recommended it when we were there. The least thing I liked about it is it was kind of hard to find. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I thought the building was very clean. The laundry rooms were all clean. They're a little bit older building. The rooms were spacious and had lots of closet room.

My friend will be moving into Margaret Place Senior Living. It was very appealing, welcoming, and homey. The staff was very friendly, outgoing, and personable. We observed a church service in progress and a gathering of a group of people watching a television program together. The rooms were very clean, updated, and bright.

The apartments in Margaret Place were very big and nice, and they have various activities. I saw the little café on the main floor and the laundry room. There’s transportation for the residents that takes them to their doctors’ appointments too.

The staff at Margaret Place Senior Apartments treated me very well during my tour. They were very friendly. The place was well kept and clean, and the people were very nice and friendly. The landscape of the place was beautiful. It's generally located in a good place that was close to hospitals and parks.

Margaret Place is great. The staff is wonderful. As you get worse or older and need more help, they meet with you and your family and explain why you need more help, then move you to the next place. They’re all accredited and approved by Medicare. They have a memory unit, a cancer unit, a hospice unit, and a nursing home unit, so you just move up right there to the building. I love it. They offer noon meals, which is the big meal, and you get seven free a month with your rent. The rest are priced $5 a meal. You can have guests if you want and food delivered to your room if you don’t want to go to the dining room. The food is excellent and of a good variety. I think this place is wonderful.

My brother ended up going to Mary T - Margaret Place. He wanted to be in the Coon Rapids area, so he chose this one. He moved in July 1st. This facility is handicapped access assisted living apartments. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. For my brother, the one-bedroom is a great choice. Their staff is very helpful. They made sure that he was welcomed when he first came in. They have a lot of activities but because of his disability he doesn't participate in as much. He does participate in meals, shopping trips, those types of things.
