I really liked Autumn Glen Senior Living. It felt more homey. They have bingo and my mom was a bingo player. I think they were doing the video bowling, too, and she's doing a real good job with that. She's a little limited on stuff, so those two would have been really great for her, and they provide all the meals. We looked at a studio, but we were looking more for a place where Mom would have her own washer and dryer, and there wasn't anything they could show us at that time. The facility was clean. It seemed laid back. It's a nice location from my house. I really liked that. The gal was very helpful and answered all of our questions. So, it's nice people are doing their jobs. I was totally impressed.

We toured Autumn Glen Senior Living. It was a nice facility and we liked it. Everything was nice and clean. It was welcoming. There was a little bit of wear and tear noticeable on the furniture. They showed us an extended studio that had a living area and a bedroom area divided by a partial wall, but it was dark because the partial wall blocked out the light coming through the window in the living area. It was just laid out weirdly and there was no counter space at all in the kitchen. They had little patio areas and they had raised gardens in the back for residents who want to putter around in a garden. Alexis showed us around. She was lovely, very nice, and accommodating.

My sister is in Autumn Glen Senior Living for 15 months now. It looks brand new, and it seems to be very clean. She has a studio apartment, which I think is fairly efficient. It strikes me as small, but it seems to suit her just fine. It has its own bath, and it has a little kitchenette. My sister seems to enjoy the staff quite a bit, too. She thinks they're helpful. It seems there is some turnover there to me. In the supervisory positions and so forth, they have a pretty steady group of people, but the staff as a whole tends to turn over a little bit. She gets a lot of care, but we pay a lot of money, too. They have an exercise room, they have a pool, and they have programs that promote exercise among the tenants. My sister has participated in activities. They play some cards and other games. She knits and they have a knitting club there. They try to have something going on all the time. Maintenance is very good.

I like Autumn Glen Senior Living. The outside was beautiful, very well-kept, clean, and very pretty. When you came inside, it was nice, open, very clean, and it smelled good. The decorations and everything were updated. The rooms for the residents were very clean, bright, updated, freshly painted, and had nice flooring. They had lots of activities. Their menu looked amazing. They've got very friendly staff. Their prices were comparable to other facilities that offered as much. Their location just happened to work the best for us. It looked like they covered everything someone would need. We visited the memory care and my mom will be moving in. I saw the menu and it was a very nice variety of food offered. Everyone I talked to and came across were friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door. They don't wait for you to come all the way up to the desk. I've gotten numerous texts, phone messages, and emails just keeping in contact and asking me if I have any questions or if I need help filling anything out, just making sure that we're covering everything that needs to be done before my mom moves in.

Autumn Glen Senior Living had that homey feeling, but it was a little bit darker there. The layout of the apartments or the one bedroom they had was a little more basic, but it's a very nice facility. My in-person visit was very inviting and very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and nice. We sampled a cookie of theirs, and it was very tasty. The thing I liked about the facility is that they always offered things like hamburgers or fries or something that was always there for every meal, just in case the meal of choice was not the one that you wanted that evening. The units were kind of small and simple.

I went to Autumn Glen Senior Living. We went to assisted living and memory care. It was a very, very welcoming place. They're so accommodating, and they knew all the people living there. They knew them all by name, and that made me feel very comfortable. The staff who gave me the tour was very well informed. The dining room was very comfortable. You could tell that it was taken care of. Their pricing was a little lower, but then you could have your choice of meals and that could be added into your monthly stuff. It was priced right. They would price them out for the whole month, and every meal that you want would be another $250 per month. So if you're only going to want breakfast there, you only have to pay $250, and if you only want lunch, it's $250 for the month. That was kind of a neat thing because the person that I'm trying to get in there or anywhere doesn't eat much for breakfast, but he would eat a bigger lunch. And they have free continental breakfast. If you just want fruit or maybe a bagel, that's free. I was impressed really with the whole place. It was very, very nice.

I went to Autumn Glen Senior Living. The tour was good and thorough. They had all of the amenities that I was looking for. With everything that's going on with COVID, and the whole nine yards, it's hard to give an overall review of staff or certain things because it's kind of limited of what you can and can't do. As far as I was able to see, and areas we got to, it was in very good shape and they had good people. If the COVID stuff gets lifted a little bit, it will be easier to give reviews because we can get taken to more places to look, but basically you're walking in the front door and you're looking at a couple of their main amenities, and then you're going to a separate room. The eating facility was good, but they don't want people roaming around the facility. It was good to see they got these protocols in place. I was shown the assisted living/memory care.

Autumn Glen Senior Living seemed very nice and clean. It's a small place, and their units were much too small. It wasn't something I'd want, but they were nice and clean. The bathroom I saw was huge. I don't think that that bedroom would even hold my bed. I have a king-sized bed. It was a really small unit. The woman who gave me the tour and the person that let me in the door were pleasant and nice. They had a beauty shop. The place seemed to be well taken care of. The dining room looked fine and roomy enough. I assume it was clean because the rest of the facility seemed to be clean.

My mother moved into Autumn Glen Senior Living. They made it very easy for us, and they had a special going on for 2021. We took advantage of that. They're very accommodating to us, and we got my mom in very quickly. Her room is really cute. They call it a studio, so she has a small kitchen, a very large bathroom, and one room that's a combination TV room and bedroom. They have an exercise area, several sitting areas, and several areas where you can play games or puzzles, but I don't think they're using it all yet because of Covid.

We visited Autumn Glen Senior Living. It was very, very nice, but it was very expensive. That is one reason I chose not to do that one. As far as the facilities goes, it was fine. The lady was very nice and very welcoming. The rooms are private rooms. The whole atmosphere of Autumn Glen was more open, more windows. I did not really go into it too much because I found out the price.

My dad is moving into Autumn Glen Senior Living. The building itself and the apartment are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They reached out to my sister and I to make sure that we are comfortable with everything and helped us get a plan together to make sure my dad is taken care of. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and clean. Everybody that we have interacted with has been absolutely wonderful. Right now, they have a life enrichment coach who works with the residents. With Covid lockdowns and the shutdown of everything, there is not a whole lot happening, they just try to keep them engaged as much as they can. Everybody that we have come across seemed to be very happy. We've only seen one other resident while we were there to check out the apartment and to do the paperwork and stuff. Everybody who works there seemed to enjoy it, so I imagine it carries over to the residents. They have a calendar of activities.

Autumn Glen Senior Living is a very nice place, new, everything looks up-to-date, and is very well kept up. The staff has been very helpful and very nice. The food is very good and Mom likes it as well. They have Bingo and Bible study, but I think they should have more. The entire place is organized very well.

I had a very well-conducted tour of Autumn Glen. I learned a great deal and was impressed with the community. It's fairly new and very well decorated. The other thing that stood out for me was the dining facility, which looked very much like a commercial restaurant. It had four- and six-person tables with a different menu each week and flexible eating hours. Ten meals a month are included in the rent, and you pay for the extra meals if you want.

Terrible! The staff is not properly trained. They don't know how to clean rooms. My family member had pee smelling room and all of his laundry was ruined. They never fixed these issues. After two people broke their hips in one week you would think they would know how to use a transfer belt! Do not have your loved one live here if they have any chance of declining. They will decline quicker.

My husband moved into Autumn Glen. It's a very nice, new facility, and the staff seem very pleasant. The dining area is very nice. The food is quite varied and tastes good. The rooms are a nice size, but people bring in their own furniture.

Very nice facility. However, starting price is very good, but know if your family member declines they will charge you for every simple care added. If they wet the bed they don't clean it. They don't mention that that is an extra care that is needed or they won't call to say you need to add it. The staff has terrible communication. The aides don't know how to greet visitors. $3000 extra dollars later the place doesn't know how to care for anyone that needs assistant in their acitivities of daily living unless you agree to add the package. Once the package is added then they will care for your loved one. In the meantime they won't tell you or ask you if the care is needed. I've been in health care for years and this place just doesn't have it together yet.

I already picked a home, and I transferred my mom over to Autumn Glen Senior Living. It?s really nice. They?re really good for my mom. They had a lot of stuff. They have music and games. They have hospice that is coming in and visiting her. It?s a really nice room. It has a refrigerator, a sink, its own bathroom, and shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food looks great, and everything looks like it tastes great.

Autumn Glenn is a fairly new facility, and the place was OK. I only saw 1 studio and 1 bedroom. I wish I toured more, but they don’t have any openings. It’s a got few more amenities and a little more money. I thought the dining area was big enough, and they were guiding us when we were there. They had rooms for all the people and a sit down family style meal. The staff was informative; when we have questions, she found the answer.

Autumn Glen is a new facility that's only been open for a year. The staff was pleasant and easy to talk to. They have a variety of people of different religions living there. We liked the activities and the fact that they have outings and take them shopping. My mom has a one bedroom with a large bathroom and a full kitchen, so she can have dinner in her room. They have a locked-up area for her meds. She’s in transitional care with the Guardian Angels, and the staff from both places knew each other.

Autumn Glen was nice; we had lunch there, and it was nice. The lady was very pleasant. It didn’t look like I would get more activities there though; I think I’m probably the youngest person and would require more activities. The rooms were big, very clean, and very nice. The food was good.
