I moved into Shepherd of Grace - Becker Campus with my husband and it is a very friendly place. They have games and activities, and they have another part for those that have dementia. So that's in another building, and we have a church right next to us. They have bingo here, and I play cards and other games. They have meals that you can buy or you get ten free meals a month, and in the summer they hope to open up other activities because we were so tight before because of the COVID. So, now they're opening up more. The people are really friendly and very caring, that's one thing that I like about it. The staff is very good and volunteers are very nice too. We're one of the few people that has a long walk-in closet. We have a pretty big living room, as well as the bathrooms and the bedroom. It has a kitchen and everything is built in. I also have a washer dryer.

Very caring staff. Majority of the CM have years of experience and it shows. Their activity program for the cottages has greatly improved. Couple of their overnight CM could use more Valudation, compassion and empathy training. Program and housing directors are client orientated. Families and their loved ones are always treated with respect. Each room has their own bathroom, minus shower. In cottages and assisted living CM complete housekeeping tasks. CM should be concentrating on doing more one on ones with the residents.

This 9 year old facility looks brand new it is so well cared for. The staff running the facility really care about providing the best possible appearance and service to the residents. All the residents seem to be happy to live there.
