This facility is wonderful! Five stars for sure! Their staff from Director to housekeeping and everyone in-between are all warm, accommodating, and ready to help. Whether it is reassuring my mom with memory issues or just being kind or fixing something in your apartment. No worries it will be done. Petra, Kelly (Management) Julie(Nurse), and Ann (chef) Have always made our family and my mom feel taken care of and heard. They even have gone as far as handling questions and issues on their off days. Whatever you need for your family member, consider it to be done in a professional and timely manner. The food is so delicious. Ann is the main chef and she knocks it out of the park daily. The entire kitchen does their best to provide three homemade meals and (2) snacks with fresh ingredients as well as dare I say "gourmet"pairings. There is always a dessert if your dietary needs allow. The new homemade Smore cheesecake dessert is my daughter and I's favorite! The decision to move a family member to assisted living is not one that is usually wanted by anyone. However, if you need that for your loved one. I would definitely reccomend Hampton Manor of Hamburg.

Hampton Manor Hamburg is beautiful. They advertised a lot on Facebook. The rooms were nice. You can have animals and everything, but they wanted $5,000 a month and I cannot afford that. They have meals. The kitchens in the rooms are very small. The rooms have sliding glass doors going outside. They're very attractive. They're small but very attractive. They have a courtyard. You could sit out there when the weather is nice. They do a lot of things. I liked it. They had one-bedrooms and two bedrooms, and they had walk-in showers. People decorate their front doors. When we were there, they had a group playing bingo. And I guess they did that quite often. On Facebook, they show the different things they do like picnics, people coming in, music, and stuff like that. It was really interesting. Anybody I talked to was very pleasant and very understanding. I didn't talk to that many. As with most places, they have one or two people who do the intro and then they run you through and take you on a tour. I didn't see a whole lot of people. We weren't there that long, but it looked very clean and very nice. They had a lot of things going, and they encouraged you to have the meals and things like that. They kind of kept an eye on you. If you didn't show up for meals real often, they encouraged you to do that, not just stay in your room and stuff like that.

Hampton Manor of Hamburg is brand new. I like that they have three meals a day, the way it was laid out, the theater, the spa, the library, and the two different kitchen areas where they could get snacks. I like the layout of the unit. It was very much like my mom's place. It literally is very, very similar to her house. They've been wonderful. The staff there is amazing and sends a lot of great information. It's just opening, so there were only a few residents at that time.
