My brother is in the Cranberry Park at ShorePointe. It seems very nice. It's quite nice and quiet. It's in Jefferson, so it's quite quiet. There's not a lot of businesses or a lot of traffic in that area, which is kind of nice. It's very clean, very nice, and everyone seems very friendly there. They're very helpful. He said the food is good, and he gets plenty. He has an apartment. He's in a temporary apartment because he wasn't sure if he was going to stay there. He's talking about staying there, and he'll get his own apartment and have to get furniture. He says it is comfortable, and he wants to stay in that apartment. There's a community room that they can sit in with a TV and couch. It has a couple of chairs and a table.

Our father was a resident in the Homestead neighborhood following a very difficult series of hospital and rehab stays. The staff at the Village went out of their way to get to know him quickly, identify his needs and provided such compassionate support to Dad and each family member. We really felt we were part of the Village team.

I have found the ShorePointe Village community, welcoming, compassionate, flexible and very accommodating. Their attention to detail has been so appreciated. They take a keen interest in each and every one of their residents. In addition, the surroundings, amenities and grounds are "top notch". My mother has been a resident there for a short period of time, but I feel very comfortable with the ShorePointe approach to living with assistance!
