Room was dirty and never cleaned. Food was inedible and served barely warm. PT and OT were minimal and nursing care was hard to get, waiting up to an hour for assistance. Bed is uncomfortable and linen isn’t changed. Did not feel safe here.

My Mom is having a horrible time in this facility. She has to beg for any personal care, she can't even identify most of the small meals, she waits hours and hours for water and bathroom, there are days no one takes her out of her small room, only 1 nurse per shift, tech usually can't be found, doctor hasn't checked in, facility itself looks creepy and uninviting. Staff rude, no activities or amenities offered. Very limited visiting hours.

My mother was at Medilodge of Plymouth. The people were very friendly. It was a much older place. The people were very nice; however, we didn't have the best experience just because of a miscommunication. My mother had a private room, but there wasn't a bathroom in the room. It made it really inconvenient for my mother because she couldn't walk and she had to be transferred into her wheelchair. Out of all the beds they had there, there were only five to six bathrooms that you had to share with multiple people. That was a little bit inconvenient. She didn't really get to participate in many activities while she was there, though they did have them. We didn't have the best experience there as far as that went. Again, the people that worked there were very nice and did what they could.
