Two years ago my niece moved from this facility to go home. Thank God! This place is old, outdated, poorly managed and under staffed with supplies in short supply sometimes. It is not an uplifting place to be ill at.

I am a registered nurse. I was transfered to st Jude for therapy after a hospital stay. Immediately upon arrival I had a sense of doom. It was very dark, hardly no lights were on, almost like they didn't want to use electricity. It smelled horribly of urine and feces. The residents lined the hallway at least thirty of them. I visited Saint Jude Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in 2010. In general, I thought Saint Jude Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, was an excellent choice for someone who is looking for a beautiful small private elegant and classy nursing facility for a friend or family member. The grounds of the facility are private and beautiful sets back off too itself in a cul-de-sac setting.
