My husband was at Mission Point Health Campus of Jackson for over a month. He was there for rehab. They took real good care of them. They had several different dining rooms. I noticed that they had a beauty shop and I think a barber shop combined. They had a nice area for rehab, different machines, and stuff for people to work on. I heard the woman upfront say that two times a week they take people shopping. It seemed to be very clean, and very caring. The chefs were excellent. They have people come in and entertain. Someone plays the piano, a beautiful piano in the entry, and they've had a couple of people play the piano. I think one might have been a resident. They make you feel comfortable. We had one aide who was excellent. I think they all were really helpful. All the employees seemed to be very happy and very competent in their work. Their food was very good. I shared a couple of meals with my husband, and they were excellent.

I visited Mission Point Health Campus of Jackson. It looked clean and up-to-date. I like that it's clean, and I like that the people were friendly. What I noticed was that people were not getting the help that they needed. The staff seemed very helpful and nice, but overworked. They couldn't get to the people they needed to get to. We had a little bit of food, and it was good. The facilities were very nice. They had activities for the seniors that the seniors seemed to enjoy. They had a nice campus outside that allowed the seniors to get out and to see out. They have a salon, and they have a rehab where you can do gym work if you want to.

My mother was a resident of RidgeCrest for 29 months 2017-2019, both in rehab and assisted living. She received excellent care. Twice they took her to the hospital when she needed it. She died at RidgeCrest, with hospice aid, peacefully, with three familiar people with her. The caregivers care. They treated her with patience and kindness. The nurses are knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. Each resident receives considerable attention. The facility is clean. My mother told me many times “This is the best place I could be.” Well worth the cost. Thank you RidgeCrest.

RidgeCrest Health Campus was new and large, but it was a little expensive. Everybody was very nice and they seemed to have a lot of staff on hand. They have a number of daily activities that the residents could be involved in, plus your family could come in for meals. They have people that come in and sing and dance, and the families of the residents are always welcome to come in for that. The rooms were quite a bit nicer, but probably because the facility was a bit newer. Both of my parents had been there for rehabilitation and we were very happy with the dining facility there. The person that helped us was very nice and answered all of our questions. As we walked through the facility, the staff would greet us. They were easy to get along with.

RidgeCrest Health Campus is a nice and beautiful facility, but the rooms are small. The dining area was very bright, open, and very much like a formal dining room.

I liked RidgeCrest the best among the places I've visited. They had all levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, physical therapy, convalescent, and memory care. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and seemed to show good concern for the residents. It's a relatively new community, so the grounds looked very nice, and there was a private courtyard that the residents could use. The apartments were a good size, and they provided a bed, closets, and cabinets. You could bring your own microwave, recliner, table, and personal items, and they had a small refrigerator. The bathrooms were large. You could move your wheelchair around, and it had walk-in showers with good hand-grips all over. We have eaten there before, and I would rate the food highly.
