Absolutely an excellent place for your loved one(s) to live. Earl, Waynette, Charlie and Lynn will take excellent care of your family, and will make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Whether you live there, or are just visiting you'll become family to them, and they will always act in the best interest of the resident. Their motto has been proven true every time I have visited or called, "assisted living served family style". Excellent! Clean! Good smelling environment with spacious living quarters! Honoring! Great food, served 3 times a day. No stairs, and lots of in house activities for a resident. On suite restrooms in every room.

Heatherton Place Assisted Living is not a good place. There are only two people who work there and they are both very nice. Once a week, they play Bingo because a daughter of one of the residents brings in the Bingo stuff. Otherwise, the place doesn’t provide activities for their residents. They don’t have a menu and they don’t provide balanced meals. The refrigerator has very little food in it, the residents are served toast or a waffle that is so hard they can't even cut it with a fork. They need to structurally fix the building because they have loose bricks outside the patios where the residents walk. They lock the doors every night for security, but if there was a fire in the hallway, these people could not get out of the building. The caregivers are nice people, but they don’t seem very educated. Most of the time, they are outside smoking cigarettes.
