Twin Oaks was terribly dirty and dark. I was appalled. I didn't know it could be open in that condition. I didn't see much of the staff, but the one girl wasn't friendly, and the residents were hanging around with their heads down. It's a very sad, dark, and gloomy place. The atmosphere was bad. Everything was just so dark, and it needed to be painted.

My husband is in Twin Oaks. It’s a nice, small place with 15 or 20 people at the most. They have a big table where they are served their meals.
