Glacier Hills was clean. We got a chance to talk to some of the residents and they seemed to be happy there. The thing I didn't like most was that we had an appointment there and we still had to wait an hour to get our tour. The staff wasn't friendly there. They had independent care, but they also had assisted living. The facility had more of an institutional feeling, not a homey feeling. It wasn't an ugly building or anything, but it wasn't a welcoming type of building. The staff was just average. They were just doing their job. The lady that was supposed to give us the tour wasn't there. She was busy with something else, so this other lady kept coming back and checking on us. We just kind of sat there. It was like visiting with some of the residents, and they were friendly. They had all kinds of stuff there. They had a gym, an activity area, field trips, and a lot of different things that the residents could do.
