Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a very nice place and it's clean. I like the staff and it seems to be working out very well. My mother has been here for a couple of weeks now. She has severe dementia, and she can't do anything for herself. There's every level of therapy in there, evaluating her medically and mentally to make sure she gets the absolute best care. Her room is bright and clean. She has a window right near her. Most of the rooms on that floor have a window right near the bed, so they're bright. They have a nice day area with a big television. It's just a nice place. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and very caring.

Seriously Lacking in the activities department. Loved ones sit in their rooms all day with no exercise and no brain stimulation, very sad. 2 to a room is too squishy. People walk into patient bathrooms without knocking, no privacy when going to the bathroom. Food is horrendous. Shower once a week, if that.

My dad is at Saint Francis Nursing Center. I think he's going into long-term care. Because he was in the hospital, they placed him where they could take him where they had a bed. We knew that this was a good nursing home, but he did get placed there because they have an opening. The staff seemed very nice. We haven't been able to go into the facility; we've only been outside so far. The people that work there are very kind, very helpful and very responsive.

Saint Francis Rehabilitation And Nursing Center is OK, but my friend doesn't really care for a roommate all the time. The rooms have two people and it can get crowded when there are visitors. They do activities. Some of the staff members are really good.

We have had to file complaints with Worcester Elder Services for the homes neglect of our mother. Very poor communication among staff and leadership with no unified sense of mission and vision or a sense of shared responsibility.
