My dad was at Christopher House for about 6 months. He was provided care that was comparable to how people take care of family. It was fantastic. The Christopher House staff is the absolute best.

The level of care at this facility is substandard and the staff are rude and do not attend to the needs of the medical needs of the residents.

I have an elderly relative who has been at the Christopher House for 2 different periods of therapy. Once he was in the PT unit (Hillside, downstairs) and the second time he was in the Long Term Care unit (Belmont, upstairs). Both were top notch. I cannot say enough good things about the care and compassion of the staff there. The facility is bright & pleasant, and very clean - well run. Food is excellent and served promptly whether in the patients room or in the dining room. The staff is all very caring in helping residents. They also have a good group of volunteers who visit, sit with and socialize with the residents. They also are so friendly and caring. The facility is very serious about COVID restrictions, which is much appreciated. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

My father was at Christopher House. It is neat and clean. The staff was OK. His room looked clean, but maybe not the right match. They were pretty much just confined to their rooms. He did not really like the food. The location was good. It was central, and it is in a residential area. I do not think they did a great job with activities during Covid. They need to improve on their communication skills with the elderly population or dementia patients.

Christopher House in Worc has declined in care in the last 2 years. When I visit my aunt I am saddened to see the lack of care that was taken when dressing her. Although she has clothing in her closet that is provided by the family, she is often dressed in clothing that are not only 5 sizes to big, but often ripped and dirty. It seems like the more my cousins complain, the more deplorable her care gets. As a care giver of the elderly, I find this practice a form of neglect. It is sad to visit any relative in a nursing home, but sadder to visit knowing there is a lack of caring from the staff. Someone needs to investigate what is going on in that facility.

The sub acute rooms are newly renovated with plenty of room for all of the family/friends to visit at once. They provided a bed to sleep in when it was necessary for us to stay overnight. Staff was accommodating and kind even when Mom was a bit challenging. The rehab staff was amazing, loving and caring. Moving Mom to Christopher House was a great decision during a most difficult time in all our lives.

Christopher house is by far one of the worst facilities I have ever walked in to the staff is horrible not only to guests but to the residents and other co workers they speak in front of the residents in there native languages and they have no regard for other people I would steer clear of this facility at all costs unless you want your loved one to be treated badly

The staff was very warm and friendly. Dad did not stay long (he was there for rehab) but he got great care. The therapy staff was very firm, but kind and got him moving right away.

I am very disappointed with Christopher House of Worcester, 10 Mary Scano Drive, The PCAs do not clean disabled resident's hands before meals and after bowel movements; do not report bruises or injuries. There are many miscommunication among the family-nurse-provider. The unit manager is not responsible, not reliable, not trustable. One of the staff said:"When you make a good suggestion to the unit manager, it seems you talk to a rock". When issues occur, the nursing home leaders become very defensive, and the nursing director is absolutely not helpful, not professional, not honest. Extremely disappointed with this nursing home. Absolutely not recommend to any one!

I thought that the staff, the nurses, and the doctors were so genuinely nice, curtious, and sincere. The facilities were large, especially clean and sanitary. They have a lot of people on staff to an array of different things. Such as activities, arts and crafts, exercises, reading to them, watching movies and so much more. They are well taken care of, their medicine up to date and on time. They even have a beauty parlor so the residents can get haircuts, styles, and color. It is a warm and inviting place for all, and I would not hesitate to call if one of my family members needed such intimate care.
