Everyone is very friendly, the apartments are spacious and in a very beautiful neighborhood. The entrance fee is 95% refundable to me or my estate. Staff was excellent and the events are very informative. The one bedroom apartments are huge, and the windows are gorgeous! We enjoy all the activities on the weekdays and weekends along with the bridge club. Residents are very friendly, great neighborhood. Apartments come with a maintenance-free life style and there are walk in showers which i love. Housekeeping, laundry, lunch and dinner service, snow removal are just some of the services offered here. I live here and I love it!

Fairing Way was very nice. I enjoyed the people. I enjoyed the place. The apartments were lovely. It was just not something that I could afford to do, but the lady that gave the tour was very pleasant. She answered all my questions and did a good job. I looked at a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. They were both lovely. I loved that place. It was great and I enjoyed my tour.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about Fairing Way. I like the quietness of it, and I like the area. It was nice and clean. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice and very pleasant. The rooms were very nice, very presentable, and very clean. There's nothing not to like about that place. There were some activities. However, I wasn't there for too long. She showed me a place where they do parties, where they have functions, and they have a restaurant. The facilities were very nice. I would love to live there, but I couldn't afford it.

Fairing Way was a wonderful place. The residents that I spoke to there were very happy there. A new part of it just opened. It had everything I needed. I would have gone in there with the exception that I'm terminal. They have good activities. They have a good mixture of men and women. They were very friendly and welcoming into their community. The accommodations were exceptional. The staff was outstanding in every way. I had a very special meal, and it was wonderful food, well prepared, and present beautifully. They had accommodations at the dining facility and they had the option to have your meals in your room if you wanted it.

I like the financial arrangements at Fairing Way. The apartments were very nice and there were lots of activities. They have a restaurant and you can eat there if you want. They have book clubs, walking clubs, dine-out clubs, all kinds of games, and movies. The one I'm looking for would be a one-bedroom with a den and one-and-a-half baths. The person who gave me the tour was great. Everything was great. The meal I had was good.

I toured Fairing Way, and it had a very nice atmosphere. The few people that were there at the opening seemed to be very friendly. I like the open space concept of the apartment, and she showed me about three or four of those apartments. She also showed me the apartments in the old building and new building.

Fairing Way is kind of in beginning stages. It's a brand-new building, and about a year and a half old, so it's nice. They have a nice memory care unit. It's a former airbase for the Navy, so it's a huge development, about 1,400 acres. They have all kinds of activities there as well as clubs, like book clubs, theater clubs, and religious clubs. They also have workout rooms. It's assisted living with 55 communities and regular housing. The place is so huge that it's a mix of everything. It's a city within the city. It's the most reasonable around price-wise. Their rates are a lot cheaper than the others I visited.

We went for a visit at Fairing Way and the place is great. The people are very nice and they are very informative, but the facility is very expensive.
