My mother has moved into Brightview North Andover. It's excellent care. It's excellent everything. We cannot be any happier than we are. They treat my mother nicely. We don't worry about her anymore. They let us put a camera in her room, and we can see what she's doing all the time. Excellent service. I have been there when she's eating, and everything is fine. Excellent food.

We went to Brightview North Andover. Everything was clean. They actually just rehabbed the entire memory care unit. The kitchen cabinets were just going in, so everything is new in there. There was a lot of different activities and things going on to keep the memory care people really active. The rooms were nice. I didn't try the food, although their cookies that I left with were very good. They had a salon. There was a nurses' station. They had an area for physical therapy and a little bit of a gym. There was a library, a study area, and a couple different dining halls. It's on a major road in North Andover. It's kind of set by itself. It was actually an old ski area. It's within minutes of everything. The nearest hospital might be 10 to 15 minutes away, and there are tons of restaurants in Andover and North Andover. It's actually located in a pretty good spot.

Brightview North Andover was a very friendly place. It was very clean. I really can't say anything wrong about it. The only thing was that it had a lot of corridors. Other than that, it was very nice. The rooms were very nice, big enough, and very bright. They had a very nice courtyard. They had a nice game room and reading room. They had a pub. The dining areas were very nice. The staff who assisted me with the tour was wonderful, very pleasant, upbeat, friendly, and very nice. He showed us everything. He knew everything, was very informative, and answered all our questions.

Brightview North Andover was so light, open, and friendly. The people were going places and doing things instead of just sitting in a wheelchair. The lady who gave the tour was excellent and also thoughtful. She knew the names of almost everybody we met in the hallway. The dining areas were very nice and they gave me cookies when I left and they were good. They had several card games that were being played vigorously. It was beautifully clean.

My mom has moved into Brightview North Andover. Everyone is nice there, the staff, and the residents. This is a very friendly environment. There are a lot of different room setups, and I chose one based on what she wanted, a 1-bedroom. The shower set up was important to me. It's almost like a wheelchair shower. You don't have to step in, or you don't have to step over like a lip, which a lot of us with walk-in showers have. It's nice; the food's pretty good. Also, everybody knows me there by my first name; I walk in, and they're like, "Hi, Kathy." It's a beautiful facility, and I think they were rated as one of the best facilities. I can't think of the rating or whatever, but they're very highly rated. It's good; it's on a busy street which, sometimes, it's hard to get out of there like late in the day to take a left turn. It's got nice landscaping, and it's kind of built on a hill; it just looks very nice in the back. My mom is in one of the back units versus the street side. She's like a lot of games and stuff.

Brightview North Andover was gorgeous. I loved the place and the apartment that the staff showed me. It was perfect for me, but it was too expensive. I ate there and I met the people who came around the table, who were great. The meal was great. It was like going to a restaurant. The people were great, very friendly, and very nice. They treated me like I was already a member of the community.

Everyone at Brightview was very accommodating, but the physical setup was not what my aunt was looking for. It was a beautiful facility, but it was long hallways as opposed to pod living.

My grandparents have been in Brightview North Andover for a week. It's very nice and beautiful, and so far, they like it, and everything has been great. They have games and a whole calendar of events. The food is good. The location is just OK.

I toured Brightview in North Andover here, and it’s a beautiful facility, but it’s so expensive. I was looking at it for assisted living for both of my parents because it has memory care on site and for the two of them it was $6400 a month. I went in and said OK, this is beautiful. The facility itself was gorgeous. It was like a hotel, they had multiple rooms, a theatre room, a library and couple of different eating areas, and it’s just very comfortable. I got an invitation to come and eat. It is spacious, sunny, and it’s nicely decorated. It’s a brand new facility so that certainly helps. They have various common areas, it’s for people to do different activities.

I didn't like Brightview. My aunt picked it because its close to where she grew up. It's very formal, and the dining is very formal. It's not a nursing home, but the people are older. There's not very many younger retirees that still have energy in life. There's not that many activity. They take them places, but there's not really much to do right on site. They could have more in-house activities for the people to do and be involved with. The staff seem friendly from what I saw. The rooms were nice and a little small.
