My mom is currently at Port Healthcare Center. They've been fantastic. The staff members are very caring and very supportive. The facility is beautiful and well-kept. The maintenance department is great. If you need something, they take care of it immediately. It's a fairly new facility, so it's beautiful. The food is wonderful. It's nicely prepared and meal appropriate based on needs.

I can’t say enough about the nurses, CNAs, and therapist at Port. The are caring and kind to everyone who enter the building. Therapy was top notch. If my dad needs to re-enter a nursing home this is my first and only choice. Thank you Port!

Please do not use this facility. poor management understaffed did not follow through on any care plans My relative deteriorated in rehab and they did nothing to stop it. they took a man who was independent and nearly took everything left of him so he left there a shell of his former self IF you love you family member, do not take them here

Elderly 90 yr old relative was given a notice on Friday afternoon at 5 pm to vacate in 48 hours. The chances of filing an a appeal to Medicare on a weekend are slim. Regardless of the outcome of the appeal, I would NEVER Recommend a facility that would do this to an elderly patient!!!! Some of the staff were really very helpful and kind to my relative, while others (wish I could name names) were not. Long wait times to be helped to restroom, or any time relative used the call button.

Port Healthcare Center was a brand-new building and it was very nice. Everything about it was beautiful, but it's not what I was looking for. The people that I met were very nice, and my friend thought the food was wonderful.
