I am a friend or relative of resident

My parent is a current patient. The care is terrible. Every nurse blames another one for missed orders, issues, etc. There is NO way I would ever put my family member again. This is a short stay and we will never be back.

My mom personally wanted to go Hannah Duston and she was there for a month. It’s a smaller facility and the staff were wonderful. They were very helpful with my mom and she progressed even more there. She can now walk with a walker and she was able to come home. They have a lot of activities for the residents. Their rehab section was smaller, but a very comfortable place. The people there were very nice and even the cleaning lady that come in every morning gives my mother a hug. Every two weeks ...

I was so relieved when my grandmother wound up at Hannah Duston. She had been at other facilities that A: she didn't like or B: I didn't like. The facility was always clean and the staff members were always good to her. They were amenable to little requests, like using special soap for her showers or making her tea off-schedule. She lived in a double room with a roommate. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and spacious enough for her needs.

My experience with Hannah Dustin is both good and bad. When my mother was a resident I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and really helped my mother feel comfortable, which also helped us, her family, to be comfortable. This facility is with 2 miles of my home which was nice too. The facility was clean, and from what I saw the meals were decent. The staff pushed my mother at times, which I feel she needed in order to get through therapy. Overall this was a positive experience. ...

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My father was a patient at this facility from april 2010 until his passing on July 15,1011. He was originally thought to have a rapid onset dementia but was soon found to have a rare degenerative brain disease. During his stay he declined rapidly and in the end stages of his disease he was bedridden and completely non-responsive. The care that he received at this facility was above and beyond what I had expected from a skilled nursing facility. He was cared for by mostly CNA's and they dem...
