The administrator Ben is outstanding. My aunt is in the facility, and we could not be happier. The staff have been attentive, and caring. Although we cant currently visit due to the pandemic, we have spoken with our aunt almost daily. We look forward to visiting her in person again soon. She keeps raving about the actives! Considering the limitations caused by the pandemic, that is exciting for us to hear. Her room is spacious and well done as well. Thanks Everett for everything!

I was checking in on one of my relatives and the costumer service was outstanding. Every question I had was answered. They was good to me while I visited. My aunt loves it there. Her living space is good. If she loves it I love it. Love the place. We love the service here. Any type of services they provide they go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I understand things have changed due to Covid-19 however, there should be A wider time frame for visiting outside ( that’s all that’s avail) mon we’d fri sat 1:00 pm -2:30 pm that’s 6 hours per week IF YOU CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT! I’m waiting 2 weeks to have a 20 min. visit with my father. Unacceptable

The rooms are overcrowded 3 people to a room that has to fight over sound of a tv. Only 2 dressers and they have to share You have laundry service but yet people don't get their things back!! You need people to speak English and understand. Also when the nurses are low on meds they should order them before they run out not after they run out and the patients have no meds for 4 days. And let's talk about the kitchen when it says on the sheet NO this NO that it doesn't mean give extra also a communication barrier and when it says NO FISH TUNA is a fish

If i could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolultley disgusting, i wouldn’t let my worst enemy live here. My father in law has lost lots of weight, they don’t bath him, wallet was stolen, he is a strict purée diet and he choked on a hotdog because he was not supervised. Clients on floor, smelling of feces and urine, very under staffed, they don’t follow safety guidelines, nurse on night shift tonight very rude and yelling at my sister in law. A lady was screaming for male aide to leave her alone because he was giving her a wash in her wheel chair naked and she wasn’t comfortable it was scary the way she was screaming and not 1 person went to check to see if she was ok. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!!!

I visit my Aunt at this facility and it has improved tremendously, Each unit is going through construction and it looks very nice and updated. Residents were smiling and enjoy the new atmosphere and nursing care is great have not had any issues. My Aunt enjoys the daily activities as well. I am happy with the care that has been given and the staff is great. This place has really improved and I think people should visit if they are in need of care for a family member.

Absolutely the worst place to place a relative you care about! Visited a friends mother and the councilors declined the families wishes to send her to the hospital and she died a week later! She could have lived otherwise. They called the undertaker and her councilor told the m that the son was a junkie! HE IS SERVING OUR COUNTRY as a member of the Guard! Very very dissatisfied with them! (I wouldn't put a Taliban member there)

The several times I visited the facility I tried to get as much information about her treatments, her assisted living nurse and her medications. The first time I visited the facility I noticed everyone was being really nice and caring making sure my aunt was comfortable and happy with her new home. The visits after the first one was not the same it seem the cheery uplifted staff where not so uplifted, the facility seemed boring and plain with some dirty spots in some areas of the establishments and her room did not seem to be cleaned and taken care of as it regularly should.
