My mom is at Life Care Center of Attleboro. I did not know anything about it at first. She went there from the hospital because they had availability. It is a rehab place and they also have memory care people there. The doctor is very nice, and she calls me all the time with updates of things, what she's changing, and things she's trying to do. They just seem very nice. They don't have any Covid problems right now and they are 100% clean. I can call the nurses and they never give me any trouble. They tell me how she is doing, and I can go to the window and wave to her and see her from the outside because there is no access inside. From what I can tell, they seem to be doing as well as can be expected. You can't go inside because of Covid and I have not really seen anything inside, but it seems fine looking in the front door, and looking through the window, it looks clean enough. They ask me all the time what mom would like because she's really not eating, so they're trying to get her to eat. The place looks nice, clean, and well-kept. It's not brand new, but it looks updated and clean. They call me with updates or any changes or if she's having any issues. They're very pleasant, and they're very good with communication.

Their billing department sent a bill for $194. My 13 days of rehab was covered in full with my insurance. They also listed my time as 20 days. The rep had a lousy attitude; wouldn’t even apologize! I wonder how often people are billed erroneously here..

My mother is at Life Care Center of Attleboro. It's good and the staff is great. There are a lot of activities like music and movies. The food is great. I just can't step inside. I haven't been in there.

My dad went to Life Care Center of Attleboro for rehab. I like the appearance of the place, it's nice and efficient. It's clean, not run-down and not bad looking as well. The staff members have all been great to my dad. The dining area looks nice and the food seems to be good. He did speech therapy, OT and also PT, and he wasn't interested in anything else. His room is adequate, there are two beds in there. Some of their amenities is a TV area, a game room area and they also have a gym. Knowing what the place charges, I'd say it's a little pricey.

My aunt is at Life Care for rehab and she feels that since her last stay 1 year ago that the place has gone downhill and I agree. She needs assistance to use the bathroom. She rings the buzzer for a nurse and no one comes. She has tried to get someone to assist her before she really needs to go and no one arrives in time to prevent an accident. She waited until almost midnight for someone to help her to the bathroom so she could brush her teeth. All the nurses keep saying is that they are short staffed. I know the nurses and care givers there are doing their best but the patients needs should be a priority. The quality of the food is fair, should be more options with smaller portions for seniors, like a half sandwich with a small salad or soup.

My mother is in Life Care Center of Attleboro. The staff is very professional, very helpful, and friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I think they may have a little been short staffed, but other than that, I think they did a wonderful job. The meals are very good. I think they need to improve on the staffing because I see a lot of people waiting to be transported back to their rooms after they have their activities. My mother seems to indicate that there is a long wait sometimes, and when she presses her button to have a nurse to come and help her go to the bathroom, they are not very quick to respond.

I visited this facility 4-6 times per week for over a year while my grandfather was a resident. While he stayed there, he was given exemplary care by the staff, and was well taken care of. The therapists were very good with him, and though they were tough and expected a lot out of their patients, their work paid off. My grandfather, though he passed away recently, enjoyed the night programs, and loved getting to see the therapy dog who would make his rounds in the afternoons. I was also impressed by how well the staff knew their patients and their families. My grandfather also had diabetes, and the staff made sure that his meals were always on time and were foods that he could eat. Also, my grandmother is handicapped, and the parking was always convienient for her. The entire facility was always clean, and the front desk employees went out of their way to make our day better.
