The staff ignores their patients to provide basic needs dressing clothes, laundry, food. They don't speak good English to the people. The facility staff has not provided food for the patients three times a day. The physical therapist doesn't know people need a schedule. The nurses are all ignorant when it comes to level of care. The doctor is not on staff to assist with medical needs. Do not take your love one to this place.

I have had 2 family members at this facility. Any issues that may arise are quickly addressed by our Guardian Angel, Sandi, who is an angel herself. The entire administrative staff are friendly and helpful. Ann, the Admissions Director is great Dr. Winslow is amazing! She is very thorough and understanding. The facility is short staffed, but management is working on this. The majority of the nurses and aides have been great.

We tried to get our brother into this facility due to needing rehabilitation after above the knee amputation. Spoke with Ann and her comment was they are a business and have to think about how they are going to get paid! No regard to my brother needing care/rehab. It is ALL about making money to them. As Ann put it, "At the end of the day we are a business, and we have to take into consideration how they are going to get paid! Money is the root of all evil! I explained to her what my sister has been working on insurance wise to pick up when the number of approved days end and it did not make a difference! Again, she said it is all about them being a business and making sure they are paid! No regard to the safety of a person! Have heard and read bad reviews regarding Restore but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ann showed her true colors which also reflect on the facility when she slammed the phone down in my ear just before she said, "good luck with your brother!" Ann led me to believe they were going to take him. She said they had beds available and only just needed to verify insurance. So here we are believing they were going to take him and now he's having to go back to his place with no prosthesis, no way to care for himself and all Ann could say was: "well, he's alert and oriented so he can make his own decisions!" If anything happens to my brother because Restore refused to accept him because as Ann put it, at the end of the day they are a business and need to make sure they get paid, I will retain an attorney! Way to go Ann, you really showed your true colors as well as totally represented what Restore is all about, making money and NOT about the wellbeing of others! If I could give a "0" I would for Ann and the "Busniss" as she put it!

My aunt had been at Restore for approx. 2 months. She was treated so well, she loved doing activities, and they made sure she was always included. If she wasn't feeling well they would go to her room. and drop off an IPAD or word searches to keep her busy. Her therapist were wonderful and made her confident in her abilities. Her room was always kept clean and the food was "better than the hospital food" and seemed to be abundant. She had 1 favorite GNA and could never remember her name but would tell us "that's her, I love her" . Where they short staffed? Absolutely, as everywhere else is. With all this being said, there are good and bad reviews everywhere...find out for yourself.

My dad was at Restore Health Rehabilitation Center. We got my dad out of there and brought him to a different facility. The people were sitting in feces for hours, and I'm talking 8 hours. Their excuse was that they didn't have enough staff. The facility itself is new, and the appearance looks amazing when you go for a visit. The staff working hard are really good, but they don't have enough staff. You won't even have a charge nurse on that night on maybe two floors. One charge nurse might work the whole facility. They have a lot of resources and could have a great facility, but they choose not to serve these people properly. They were good, but they couldn't keep up with the workload. The rooms were fine. You didn't always get what you ordered for the food. It doesn't matter how pretty a place is if you're not being taken care of while you're there. My mom stayed around the clock, so my dad would be taken care of.

My mom was here for rehab. They had her on physical therapy for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. when asked why that was all, first they said that was all Medicare would cover. So I checked with Medicare and they said that was not true. I called them back and they said 15 minute was all they thought she needed. Had problems with the nurses. I had to call the nurse to give her a breathing treatment, then I called my mom back, 10 minutes later the nurse came in a turned the lights out. My mom was afraid of the dark, my mom yelled please turn the lights back on the nurse told her I said to turn them off. She didn’t know I was on the phone listening. I told mom to put her on the phone. The nurse said she didn’t have to talk to me and walked out. I called the nurses station they wouldn’t answer the phone. When I did call her the next day and asked for her supervisor she said she didn’t have one. My mom came home in worst shape than she went in. With covid we could not go in to see for our self what was going on. But my mom said they were monsters. She was afraid every night.

This Facility is awful. It starts at the management level and goes down. When management doesn't care, your staff doesn't care. They are under staffed and my LO sat in their soiled diaper for 15 hours. THIS IS UNEXCEPTIONAL CARE. The call lights just ring, ring and ring. it took staff an hour to answer a call light. The nurses sit on their asses at the nurses station on the computer or their cellphones. If a cna is in another room helping another patient the nurses will not even get off their ass to help another patient. There were some days the CNAs had 17 to 20 Patients to care for.

My father was in rehab at Restore Health Rehabilitation Center. The therapists were pretty good, and he had a double room when he was there. However, they messed up when he was being discharged. He also told me the food was horrible. The people were friendly, but the staff was lacking in taking care of what they had to do. Besides the rehab, the rest of the place wasn't good.
