Park View at Towson is great as far as it is only 500 sq. ft. The apartments are at $600 for an efficiency, which is smaller than 500 sq. ft. It is like living in a college dorm room, but it has got a full-sized kitchen, full-sized bathroom; everything was brand new. But the management is terrible. If we can get her fired, then it is going to be a great place to live. This place does not have any rodents, bugs -- nothing. It is in perfect condition, but it is small, because the 500 sq. ft. includes the closets. But the people who are older and live here have been here twenty, thirty years. It is just crazy because they just love it the way it is. They play all this corny music, set up events, and play Bingo every Wednesday, but it only lasts till 7:30, and then everything is okay after that. I have been here five years because it is really neat. There are six buildings and the grounds are just beautiful. They've got gardeners that mow the lawn and do everything, so it is really pretty. It is totally livable, and they keep it clean and updated. They have the maintenance superintendent and the porter, and everything gets done. They get things done legally and take care of it if yousomething happens and I like that they have garbage disposal. This building was built in '53 and was completely renovated about ten years ago, so it is like a new apartment. There are elevators in all the buildings, which is cool. This is a very nice section of town; it has got access to a 24-hour Wal-mart everything, and I would definitely tell anybody to come out here and take a look at it.

Park View at Towson was previously called Timothy House. It is a well-maintained facility. It is very clean and very secure. My mother has a very nice one-bedroom apartment. She has a kitchen there and she does her own cooking. They have a very good staff. They look out for the people. They also keep the place immaculate. My mother is 92 years old and she is doing well there.
