Mercy Ridge is a beautiful area. The buildings, the grounds, the staff, and the inside are very nice, including the cleanliness, the apartment, the furniture, the common areas, the way they are set up. The food was very good. The dining area has stations and it's well appointed -- it even has a bistro. My friends play cards and they make arrangements for them to go to shows outside. They also have a happy hour.

I would tell anyone who it thinking of moving here to really look around. Wallpaper is peeling, rugs are coming apart, food over priced and there is a major water problem in the buildings that keeps beings tested. Can't drink or cook with the water.

Mercy Ridge was fabulous, they just didn’t’ have any availability between six months and a year. Everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very knowledgeable. They have so many amenities, like swimming pools, movie theaters, and tons of activities that mom would enjoy but she just couldn’t get there.

The visit at Mercy Ridge was great. We had a private tour, and I like that. We saw three units that the staff led us to. Some residents were there, and they offered to show their condos. It was really nice.

Mercy Ridge Retirement Community offers my mother enjoyment and caring in a beautiful setting along with peace of mind for all of her children and grand children. Thank you Mercy Ridge. And, all of this is at a cost she could not afford anywhere else.

I chose Mercy Ridge Retirement Community for many reasons, one of which it was highly recommended and I was also close to my sister-in-law. They have good food. The staff is nice to everyone, they accommodated you in any way they can, prompt and very courteous. I would recommend this retirement community to other people.

Everyone has been incredibly helpful during the move-in process. I find the atmosphere to be very relaxing and elegant. It is very clean which is important to me and my mother. I would love to live here!!! Unfortunately, I'm too young. I would definitely recommend Mercy Ridge to anyone.

Mercy Ridge was a Catholic facility, and it was huge and safe. It was a place where the Church put their retired bishops and a lot of clergy; even the Cardinal had a place there. My mother-in-law really felt at home there because she's a very conservative Catholic. There was a certain amount needed to get in, but they didn't touch it, and it would be given back. She had a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. There was a huge pool in the basement, so there were lots of aerobics. They also had a regular workout room and movie theater. Some of the activities were cards, bingo, and entertainers came on a regular basis. It was like being on a cruise ship. They had four restaurants. One required a dress code, where you wore a coat or long-sleeved sweater. Another was like a cafeteria, one was like a pub, and the other one, I was not sure what it was called. So she had a choice wherever she wanted to go. The rent covered her one meal a day, and whatever extra meal she wanted to have, it was just added to the bill. She could take her meal wherever she wanted to, or they could bring it upstairs if she wanted. When we visited there, they had a place for us to stay, and we ate the same food that they did, and it was marvelous. The staff were very attentive and friendly. She liked the staff, and she had made friends there. She had lived there for almost eight years, and she liked it. It was the best place for her among the other places we visited. I would recommend this place, and if you were a traditional Catholic, you would very much feel at home.

I am so comfortable with the warm friendly atmosphere expressed by the residents here at Mercy Ridge. The dedicated hard work of the staff and the tireless giving of self by the activity directors is so gratifying. Mercy Ridge residents are all so friendly. We have no opportunity to be unhappy. They do much to keep us busy as well as entertaining us.
