My mother-in-law is at Lifesprings Eldercare #2. She's in full care because she needs everything. Every time I go, the facility is clean. There's no smell. My mother-in-law is clean. She has plenty of food to eat. I have no complaints about the staff. They immediately call me if something is wrong with my mother-in-law and let me know what she needs. They have a bus, and they take the people out. For Mother's Day or something like that, they invite the family. My mother-in-law didn't give me any complaints about the food. She has a roommate, but there's plenty of space in there. The house is immaculate. The bathrooms are clean.

Life springs Eldercare #2 looked great and I think they could give my godmother individual care. She's the kind of person that likes the outdoors, so they have a very nice view from their deck and some of the windows. It's beautiful and it was handicapped-accessible. The young lady that I had been speaking with and the other two staff members were very helpful. I'm impressed that they went above and beyond the call of duty because myself and my mom are both handicapped. So, they extended the courtesy for us to allow us to see the place. My mom used the chair lift so that she could get to the floor where the bedroom would be. So, it's more like a home environment and they were all very helpful. They were even worried about us getting wet. They tried to make sure that mom got in and was kept dry so she wouldn't get sick with a cold. They also had a little hospitality set out with some beverages and a few snacks. I could see that their kitchen was very clean. It had an open layout where you can see into the kitchen where meals are prepped. The place was spotless. It was clean indoors and outdoors.

My Mother-in-law has resided at Lifesprings Eldercare for almost two years and she is very well taken care of. Every time I visit, she looks great considering her ailments. Her hair is always comb and her clothes are neat and clean which is important for me to see. The facilities are very clean as well and always smells fresh which tells me the staff is taking care of everything in a very responsible manner. I am always contacted immediately if she is not feeling well and updated frequently on how she is improving and getting better. I am very pleased with her care at Lifesprings Eldercare and would recommend the facility to family and friends

My Mom has been at Lifesprings Eldercare Group Home since October 2018. I moved her there because they were a participant in the Maryland Waiver program, which helps low income residents. Mom is treated any differently than any other resident there, as a matter of fact she’s treated like a Queen by the caregivers! The home is well maintained and clean, the food is excellent and the residents are always clean with hair and nails done! The owner Mrs. Hutchinson is very responsive, and ethical and insists on outstanding care being provided by her employees. They even have an activities director who supports all of the group homes owned by Mrs. Hutchinson. She plays games, leads arts and crafts and exercise activities as well as taking residents on field trips on the Lifesprings Eldercare bus! I highly recommend them! Loretta Veney

Lifesprings Eldercare #2 was very nice. The owner was very nice and seemed to care about keeping the maintenance up on the house. She had activities scheduled for the residents and also had a bus that would take the residents to activities. The grounds were very nicely maintained. The rooms were nice and the one that was available for him was nicely set up. The furniture and the space of the rooms were nice. She seemed to care about the welfare and the interest of the residents. There was one man who had an interest in gardening, so she had a garden set aside outside of the house.
