I found out about Chapel Springs Apartments because I have a friend that lives there. The amenities are very good. They have a gym and fitness room. They have a billiard room. The seats in the lobby are very nice. They have security where you can't come in and let somebody let you in. That's one of the things that turned me on, with the security. You can't just walk into their building. Someone has to know that you're coming, lives in the building or somebody in the office knows that you're coming. Like, maybe for something that needs to be taken care of in the building, but no one can just walk in. My friend has been there for years and she had been trying to get me to come to visit her, and I finally went to see her, I think it was in January, or early February. I liked the way that you have parking. They have reserved parking places for the residents. The appliances are provided. You have a refrigerator, oven range, and microwave. So you don't need to bring any appliances of your own. You just move in with your other furniture. The staff that I talked to, two of them, and customer service-wise, were very professional, and very informational. She cooks her own meals. I know they have a room, like, if you wanted to have a family affair or something, or a celebration of some kind. I think you have access to that. Very clean. Decorative. When you walk in, you don't think you're walking into senior citizen housing. The fragrance was wonderful. It was just good. When I saw they have flowers in the hallways, it was like they were trying to make it a home for you. It's a very good substitute for it because I didn't feel like I was in a senior citizen housing apartment building. I felt like I was going to visit somebody younger than me.

I'll be moving to Chapel Springs Apartments. I love the surroundings there, it's beautiful, the setting, and the location. The apartments are fabulous. Overall it's great. They explained everything to me. When I had questions they answered them for me. For activities, just the basic things like walking and exercising. I like the location because it's in a quiet setting and its' beautiful. A five is not a high enough rating. It should be a ten because it's fabulous. The staff is very professional.

Chapel Springs is a very nice community with very nice apartments. It had beautiful surroundings. However, the price is a bit high for us. They have a washer and dryer, and a microwave in the apartments. I have no complaints about it.

They didn't have apartments to show me at Chapel Springs Apartments, but they did show me around the building. The visit was great. The staff member that helped me was very friendly, very courteous, and they were gracious about showing us the amenities that they have. They were saying that they would love to have me as a tenant there. I enjoyed it. The thing I did like was they have their in-house gym and I was told they have a washer and dryer, which is very important to me. I liked the location of where it was. I liked the recreation room, how people were gathering around to play games, have bible study, or whatever they want to do. They have a library and I liked that.

Chapel Springs is a very beautiful place, and it's brand new. It's independent living, and you fix your own meals. They have different activities for seniors like medical and day trips. It's affordable. The location is very convenient, it's great, and it's near shopping. They had the seniors in mind when they established the place.

Chapel Springs was great. It’s a beautiful building, and the apartments were very large and nice. I really want to go there. It’s not too far from my place. The size of the room was very good; I loved it.

Chapel Springs is only a year old, and it just had a nice comfortable feel to it -- very clean and very well-kept. There were some residents sitting outside talking with one another, just interacting, and they seemed to be very happy with their surroundings. It is because of the newness and the location -- which is only about 3 miles from where I live now. I am familiar with all the surroundings, the shopping areas, the grocery stores, the doctors -- the whole 9 yards. That is one reason I went up to see it; it will keep me in the same area where I am familiar with. The community itself was very well-kept -- outside and inside. It was very clean and attractive.
