Rainier Manor was a nice place. It was very clean. I was a little disheartened by the fact that they kept our application for over 5 weeks just to tell us that we were not qualified. The apartment was very nice and we felt very good about it. The facility itself was nice. We were going to have an apartment in the older building, which was still very nice, on the first floor. It was a very well-kept apartment. It had a little bit of closet space, but still manageable, and the price was good.

I toured Rainier Manor. I was not satisfied with the size of the room and the size of the closet. The tour guide did her job. It was cordial. There is no dining area; these are all individual apartments. The atmosphere was adequate. There's a sitting area out when you first walk in. It looked okay. With regard to activities, they mentioned something about a room where you can watch movies. They have movies that they show periodically.

I'm moving into Rainier Manor. The tour was great. The young lady, Malonya, helped me with the paperwork. She gave me a little walkthrough of the unit. They're very helpful professionals. She was very empathetic with my situation, and she just worked really hard. We looked at a one bedroom. The unit was clean. It looked like a new carpet had been put down, fresh coat of paint, it was good. It was a really nice little apartment. Appliances were included, oven, stove, refrigerator, and I believe I saw a microwave as well. They didn't have a meal program facility there, but there's plenty around the area to eat. I noticed that going in and out, there's plenty of places to eat around. I saw an exercise room, a piano room, lots of common areas for residents to sit down and talk, so all that was good as well. Secured building, it's good.

I like Rainier Manor. It was perfect for my mom, but she did not qualify because of her income. The facility was very clean and homey. My mother liked it. The staff was good. She was very nice, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They have an aerobics class, a gym, and physical therapy.

Rainier Manor was very clean and well-kept. They didn't seem like there was any area that was run down or anything, it was secure, and there was parking available. There's access to markets and whatnot, so they can shop. The rooms or apartments seemed to be a little bit bigger than what I was expecting, which is good. It had all the amenities and everything that our parents would need or loved one would need. The room didn't have a sliding door to a back patio like the other place we saw did. There's plenty of light that comes in from the sun. People were hanging out and talking. Maybe they can improve on things that people do in the community like having reading time, playing cards, and stuff like that. The staff who accommodated me had great customer service skills, was very talkative, and answered any questions I had or concerns since security was the biggest thing for me.

I toured Rainier Manor and I like the convenience there. The staff was very nice and the rooms were ok. The dining area was okay. They have a lounging area, an exercise area, and an area for when you just want to relax. They also had an outdoor picnic area. I like that the community was close-knit and everybody was getting along. Their rooms or apartments are very nice and the upkeep of the place was also fine.

If Rainier Manor was in my price range, I was ready to move in. I met a couple of the residents there, and we had a good visit. I liked the location and the cleanliness. I also liked the recommendation from the residents there. I talked to the clerk on duty because this was a holiday weekend. The price range was just a little too high for my budget. I just met her briefly, and she accommodated me because I stopped by unannounced. She gave me some information. I didn't get a chance to actually see an apartment because I came unannounced. Just looking at the measurements online, especially the Manor II (the one I was really interested in), it seemed like it would fit my needs. I saw the little gym area, the community area, and just the overall surroundings of the place. The gym was clean and looked well kept. The residents that I spoke with highly recommended it. They've been living there for several years. The pictures that I saw online actually represented the community. It's very close to a little shopping area that you could actually walk to. It's like a housing community. It was a residential neighborhood and things seemed convenient. I was just impressed with the convenience of it, the closeness of it, and the friendliness of the residents and the staff.

I've been to Rainier Manor several times. I toured the place, and I'm waiting for my application to be cleared by compliance. They're wonderful. I'm hoping to get in there, and the visit was excellent. It's independent, there's no dining, there's a community room, but right now it's closed because of COVID. The staff is professional, helpful, and very nice. I would suggest that the starting rates are reviewed because they're incorrect, and are more money than expected.

Rainier Manor was beautifully kept. They don't serve meals there, and they have no dining facility, but they have a facility for parties and get-togethers. Everybody prepares their own food in their apartments. The only activity we observed was in the physical fitness room, but they have a lounge area, a party room or a game room, and a very nice theater. It's a nice facility.

Rainier Manor is absolutely beautiful, but they have a waiting list to get in there. It is a very nice, modern, secured building. It looks like they have renovated it very recently. It looks very good. They have a salon on-site and an exercise room. Everything that they advertised is true. They didn't provide food, though. The staff members are very friendly. If you want to go, get on the waiting list as soon as possible because it is beautiful and very nice.

Rainier Manor is excellent, and it's a really good community. I was impressed with the place. They have nice facilities. I have nothing negative to say about it. The staff greeted me well and the person who showed me around also did well. They answered all my questions, there was a nice exchange, and it made it easy to enjoy the visit. They showed me the older and new facilities, and both were nice. I also saw the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, they were nice. It's easy to picture yourself in there, although I would prefer if they were larger.

Rainier Manor is a community that's closer to the subway, the park, and the school. The food was good. They did have good choices. However, the apartments were a little bit tight or small like military housing. Also, you have to be 62.

I like the location of Rainier Manor. It is close in proximity to my church and not far from my work. They did have calendar of activities, but I didn't see anybody doing anything. The residents were basically just sitting around. But they did provide housekeeping and laundry. It wasn't your upscale community, but it was not dirty or smelly. The lady who I spoke to was able to answer my questions, and she did give me the overview of what the community has to offer. She was very helpful.

Rainier Manor's staff is caring, wonderful, helpful, encouraging, warm and inviting. I thought very positive about it, and it's very homey. The location is very convenient, and the grounds are kept very nice.
